Went from an irregular cycle to a normal one after taking these. On to purchase my third pack. Great product. Compared to other similar products that aren’t as effective, this is great value for money. Amongst other things, using this product aided in helping me loose stubborn weight.

Bought these through amazon rather than their website due to the delivery price and having prime. No taste to them. The size is big, easy to swallow

Making a difference
The tablets are very large and i was afraid I'd struggle with them, but i bought them to save the faffing that comes with taking the powder version of this supplement. I haven't had an issue swallowing them, however still have a little freak out before taking them so i will likely go back to the powder anyway. That being said, I had a period last month, and I just got one again on day 36, so these seem to be really helping my periods gain back some regularity. I struggle with many symptoms of pcos and inofolic has been a major help in trying to manage my symptoms. I absolutely recommend it to anyone struggling with pcos.

Spent a two years taking these regularly. Did not help me conceive and if anything, messed with my cycle to make me late every month so I jad no idea when I was ovulating. Gave it a fair go but didn't work for me.

The pill form has been much easier to take regularly than the sachets.
