I am absolutely in love with this shampoo & conditioner set! I would literally cry every time I took a shower at the amount of hair that would be in my drain catch & my brush & how noticeably thin it would appear due to the volume lost. This set made the amount of hair I lost less with each use, starting from the very first time! Within less than a week I went from a real handful to just a few strands. It changed my life & my hair is not only shedding less but it is actually growing back as well & has made my hair, which goes all the way down to my butt, noticeably thicker in both feel & appearance. It took a while for the baby hairs & thickness in the volume of my hair, about 2 months for myself but it is such a drastic improvement over my previous situation that I have shed more than a few happy tears rather than a whole bunch of hair which is an amazing feeling! It smells fantastic & makes my hair feel clean without stripping it while only having to use a very small amount compared to traditional shampoo even with my hair as long as it is & it's the same for the conditioner which I only need to use a very small amount & it does not cause any dryness at all & leaves my hair extremely soft & smooth & more manageable than before. i ordered the lavender scenct which i love! i have alopecia and female pattern hair loss. after first use i can say i love it! hair is shiny managable and all the above. some people say it is pricey but compared to high end hair products and popular brands this is way on the low end! and if it works! no brainer ;). i have had more expensive hair products that can’t compare. you also don’t have to use a lot. a little goes a long long way!!! and on an added note get your hormones tested. my zinc level was toward the lower end so i have started to supplement! don’t want to use any prescription drugs prefer the natural alternative!

Truthfully when I first used this I didn’t like the smell and didn’t think it would work on my hair because it’s become so dry. I was seriously considering sending it back. A week later and I’m loving what it does for my hair. My hair is thin and it’s giving it so much body and shine. I’ve tried several different shampoos and I can tell this is different. I curl and hair spray my hair and so it didn’t feel soft. Since using Routine my hair stays soft, shiny, in place and has volume all day. My hair isn’t frizzy, dry or coming out when I brush it. It would be a 5 star if it wasn’t for the smell. I only smell it when I wash my hair. I don’t smell it the rest of the day. Give it a chance. I’m glad I didn’t send it back.

I have been using this shampoo since November 2024 and I notice lots of new hair growing o n top of my head. Also way less hair in the brush after each brushing. Not overwhelming scent I do not use the conditioner because I don’t need it. I do wish I could buy two bottles of shampoo for price of the combination package.

I've been using Routine for about 9 months, and overall, I've been pleased. I don't have thinning hair, but it shed a lot, and this combination definitely reduced the amount of shed. I originally purchased lilac gardenia and I have to say that the smell was definitely herbal, not a flowery scent that is common in OTC products. I figured that scent is probably the result of heavy chemicals anyway.When I ran out, I did not purchase again, honestly to save money. I bought a popular OTC product. The first shampoo resulted in a heavy mess that made my hair more frizzy. I thought that I had done something wrong. I tried a second time, with the same results, so I went back to Routine. One shampoo and my hair was back to normal. I'm convinced that Routine is a great product for my particular hair. Coconut/Vanilla is a nice clean scent too.FYI, I have older, heavily textured, coarse, shoulder length hair. Graying is an added level of hell, texture-wise. I carefully blow dry to smooth and straighten. Routine leaves my hair silky and easy to manage.

This had helped 100% with hair. I have long thick hair and normal for me to lose some washing but it got to be more then normal. It has been reduced and a little goes a long way in shampoo and conditioner. Ive always used a handful of conditioner but not needed

UPDATE: It has been almost 3 months and I don’t see any actual new hair growth but it does look fuller. 2 before and 2 after photos. I use it twice a week which is plenty as the day after shampooing my hair looks a little dry and flyaway. That’s the only reason I didn’t give 5 stars. BTW I rinse with warm water (I refuse to take a cold shower) so I don’t know if cold water would make any difference.First review: It's too soon to tell if it will work on my thin hair, which has gotten to the point as I've gotten older that I can see my scalp. I'm 71. The shampoo and conditioner seem fine, leaving my hair clean and soft. I'll add to this review after a couple months when I see if it helps. One thing I don't like is the instructions say to rinse with cold water. Ummm, does anyone like a cold shower? Not me, so I'm rinsing as usual with warm water. I'm not crazy about the scent orchid/apricot. If I order again I'll choose something more citrus or fruity.

I have been experiencing scalp pain and hair loss for 3 years now. I've tried many options to halt the loss of hair to no avail. After reading about Routine, I thought I'd give it a try. I bought the first bottle in November 2024. At first I thought it a little bit too expensive for how small the bottles were, but it is April 2025 and I still have left overs from the second purchase and because I liked the coconut better, I went ahead and bought my 3rd set in the beginning of February and it's still quite full. I wash my hair every other day. I have curly medium length hair. I've noticed less hair falling out over the course of the last 3 months. It smells nice and my hair is soft and manageable.
