Used to be able to buy this in WA at a restaurant supply store. Moved to NY and couldn't find it anywhere. Thank goodness it is on Amazon. Best chocolate sauce for hand crafted coffees. Will continue to come back and buy this as I make my espressos and Frappuccinos at home. It's thick and the quality really comes through when mixed in both cold or hot drinks. Easier to use if you buy the monin pump with it.

Best Sugar Free Chocolate sauce on the market!! I use it to make Cafe' Mocha Coffee in the morning, Fantastic taste. I've tried many other brands, but this is the Best!!

Superb dark chocolate hands down. As a former barista I've tried them all and this is excellent dark chocolate. We make our own mochas at home and even my husband, who doesn't notice things like this, noticed the change. At first he thought I bought different grounds. Family uses it on ice cream too. We've never had issue like other reviews- mold, expired, etc. and will continue to purchase in the future. Purchase the Monin pump (white, dark ,caramel- that doesn't matter) and not others because they tend to be way too short and don't fit at the top which will cause the product to dry out.

This is the second time we got this for making cafe mocha - works great.

The taste is amazing. However, the packaging is terrible. For one, it doesn't come out easily. Also, if you get the 64 oz one, pouring it out is difficult. If you go looking for pumps, most of them don't come with a lid.

Boy, this is great stuff. The price is right and the flavor is wonderful. Yes, it is a pain to deal with the large heavy bottle. I passed on the pump after reading the reviews and used a small table knife to coax it out into a small pouring pitcher to use it. Perfect flavors and texture over ice cream. I put the small pitcher in the microwave under very very low power ( 1 out of 10) for about 45 seconds NOT the whole jug, and it was enough to make it very luxurious and not hot. Highly recommended and a great deal Use by date is for about 8 months from when I received it. Real sugar, real chocolate. Vive la France.
