Do these stick on the fridge?

You can with double sided tape or mount them in a plastic enclosure. I cut my fridge door to flush mount them, but don't do it on a freezer door. Very accurate.

How long is the wire?

Hi the wire is about a 1 mtr long and they work very well

Are there any settings with this thermometer or is it just plugged in and ready? Mine just says 'Hi' if there are settings, any idea how they're set?

Hi..it seems that there are no settings it just works....lol
