Battery died, unresponsive in less than 3 months
Highly disappointed in this. I bought this in April 2026 and now I'm writing this on 03-July-2026 and the headphones just powered off last week on their own. Since then it has only turned on once. It's powered off again and just does not respond. Doesn't turn back on. It's literally unresponsive and dead. The sad part is this is the second time this has happened with a soundpeats product. I will NOT be buying from this brand again.

Good. But not charging after the battery drained.
Sounds good and does the job. However, I was only able to use it for 4 running sessions. Once the battery drained, it does not charge anymore. Thus, I am not able to use it further. I am returning mine. I actually like the brand since I previously purchased a headphone and I really like it. Been using mine for over a year. Hopefully this defect is only one off and does not reflect the over quality of the brand.

Poor quality
This item worked well for few months. Then it started show problem with the microphone. Later now it stopped working. Used this hardly for 4 months.

Great, but only lasted 2 months
The sound, battery life and multiple devices pairing worked well. But it stopped working after less than 2 months. I always buy soundpeats and the brand is usually great, maybe this was a once off flawed product.

Stopped working within a month but free replacement sent
Very disappointed with this. Bought the headphones about a month ago and only used them lightly before they stopped working. Worked fine for 2-3 weeks. Then I got a low battery warning very quickly after charging them. Now they don’t charge whatsoever. It seems I’ve passed the 15 day window to return them and I don’t see an option to contact the seller SoundPEATS_UAE. Update: I contacted the seller and they sent a replacement for free. They were very active with their messages and updated me frequently at each step. Just started using the headphones and they’re working well right now.
