This is a full circle RAD style character skirt with matching satin ribbons, suitable for RAD exams. Pastel Ribbons = Pink, lilac and blue. Blue Ribbons = White, pale blue and royal blue. Pink Ribbons = Pale Pink, Pink and Bright Pink. Bright Ribbons = Mulberry, purple and royal blue.. These are also available with no ribbons at all.
