I purchased two of these KOJOX 12-inch shower systems during a full renovation of my two bathrooms, and I’m extremely happy with the decision.The matte black finish looks sleek and modern and instantly elevated the overall look of both bathrooms. The 12-inch rain shower head provides great coverage with strong, consistent water pressure, and the handheld shower is very convenient and well-made—perfect for cleaning and everyday use.Installation went smoothly for my contractor, and the rough-in valve and trim kit felt solid and high quality. Temperature control is smooth, and switching between the rain shower and handheld is easy and reliable. After using both systems daily, I haven’t had any leaks, pressure issues, or finish problems.For the price, this shower system offers excellent value and looks comparable to much more expensive brands. I would absolutely recommend it to anyone renovating or upgrading their bathroom and would buy it again without hesitation.

The rainfall head offers a wide, gentle stream that feels luxurious. The water pressure is strong without being too intense, and it distributes evenly. I also appreciate the handheld attachment—great for rinsing hard-to-reach spots. The matte black finish adds a modern, high-end look to the bathroom. It resists fingerprints and water spots, which is a big plus for maintaining that clean aesthetic. The thermostatic valve works like a charm. It keeps water at a steady temperature. For this high quality and great product it is 100% worth the price and it works like a charm! The setup was surprisingly straightforward for a full shower system. All necessary hardware was included, and the instructions were clear. I did have a plumber assist with installation due to some older plumbing in my bathroom, but DIYers with some experience could handle it. The noise level is quite relaxing. It is also a durable shower head that will last you years!

I have taken a long time to write this review because I wanted to make sure it was very accurate. Purchased this shower a couple months ago and was very worried because it was so much cheaper than EVERYTHING I had looked at but I loved the style of it and I knew I wanted the hand held device (for cleaning the shower as well as when I didn't want my hair to get wet). So I decided to cross fingers and purchase it. We gutted our girls bathroom and it took FOREVER to finish. The plumber that was helping us said it looked good but he had never seen this type of shower system (on the part that goes behind the wall)Finally had a chance to take a shower in it for the first time.1st: I have never had my entire body warm at the same time. You know when you use traditional shower heads they get the back of your body but you have to turn to get the front. Feel like you're in a washing machine :) Not so with this "Rain Style" shower head. Magnificent is all I can say. Make sure you put it up high enough that everyone can stand under it and not have to stoop down. We have it at about 6 feet 4 inches high. It feels like a spa. Literally my entire body was getting wet at the same time. What a concept! Also, the hand held device is very powerful. Myself and my twin daughters have very long, thick hair. Takes us forever to get the shampoo and conditioner out. With this handheld device it gives enough water in the exactly location needed. So, when I tell my daughters to take a 10 min shower (miracle) it might actually be possible. Crossing fingers. They will come up with other excuses I'm sure. All in all if you are on the fence, JUMP! You won't regret it. Spa like look and feel. Everyone who has seen it loves it. Now our biggest problem is who gets to take a shower in the nicest one in the house??!!

I really liked this shower system. I had upgraded my 3 bathroom with these shower systems. I’m getting a lots of compliments from my guests.I have installed this shower system a few months ago. The name rainfall suits it well, it feels like ur showering under gentle rain. Its super comfortable, looks really nice, and has a great build quality.After us my other family member also decided to update their bathrooms. I also recommend them to buy these because I have no issues since we have.

When remodeling my baseman bathroom, I decide to do a walking shower and always want it a rain shower head in the middle of the shower so looking for a shower head on big retail stores the price was to high, so decide to look on amazon for a different prices and read some reviews. I decide to pull the trigger and purchase this shower head. The price was 3/4 cheaper and it look just like big retail store product, so why not! what can go wrong? My contractor said was easy to install and he love the fact that is a level to help him square everything. I’m not a big fan on wall mount faucet but man after trying this shower head and faucet I was very impress. I decide to get a square shower arm so I can install the shower head in the middle of the shower. How about the pressure? The shower head pressure is better than my regular shower head on my main bathroom. The faucet has more pressure but remember the rain shower is a rain shower and still the pressure is great. After using the shower and shutting off the water doesn’t leak like other shower head. Overall this Shower head is great and I’m hopping it last for a long time. When using the shower if you think the shower handle is backward is not. If you look at the handle and move the handle to the right it will give you cold water and if you move the handle to the left will give you hot water. I told it was a bad valve but it wasn’t. I was looking the handle the wrong way.

Bought this shower system for my outdoor shower. It’s awesome. It was easy to install, good value for the money, works great, and looks really clean. It’s held up well so far with daily use. Would buy again.

This was advertised as a high pressure shower head. Once installed and operational, it is more of a gentle rain, rather than a high pressure unit. It's comfortable, soothing, but it is not a high pressure experience but more of a soaking head. I don't have long, thick hair but I feel I have to work to get product out of my hair when shampooing. When I contacted Kojox, their response was basically "sorry you're not happy, you can always buy a different head." There was no attempt to help correct my dissatisfaction and I felt like they got their money, I'm stuck with the product as is. To be fair the hand held unit is very powerful but their advertising is deceptive. The product has a great look, easy to install, but is not operational as advertised.

Got broken today just 3 months after purchasing the item very disappointed

La calidad es buena aun no la instalo pero la probé con la precion de mi llave y anda bien.

Se pierde la presión, aun metiéndole una bomba de 1/3 de hp, no jalo
