I have very sweaty hands during my yoga practice, will these gloves help a lot?

Yes. I too get sweaty during yoga and since I started using them, I've had no issues with slipping on the mat. They are great.

I measured my hand and I’m right on the line between two sizes. Should I size up or size down, considering stretch and washing?

I would size down. These fit snugly but will stretch/loosen with use (body heat, sweat, etc.). They're not that hard to get on your hands to begin with since they're fingerless, so any initial tightness will not be a problem.

Can I just buy the socks?
