Looks and fits as expected.
This product helps me sleep, and helps my wife sleep. The warming of the mask helps keep my sinus clear and reduces / eliminates snoring on dry weather nights. It needs charged before its first use and then will last several nights before needing a recharge. It only heats for about 20 minute, but it doesn't need a plug to stay in all night like some other brands. That is a plus side on safety for me. It is very comfortable, with little to no pressure on the eyes. Its large enough to keep light out without being overly large. It is soft and easy to use.

Perfect Heated Eye Mask: Washable Cover and No Cords
Updated Review: After returning the heated eye mask and receiving a full refund, Aroma Season reached out to offer a free replacement. I’ve been using the new mask for almost a month now, and it works great! Unlike the previous one, this heated eye mask performs well. When I set it to the highest temperature, the warmth effectively reaches my eyes without needing to press the cover. I believe the one I initially purchased and returned was defective. The cover isn’t bulky, allowing the heat to reach my eyes comfortably. It’s exactly what I expected: a washable cover and no cords, making it very convenient and easy to use. I use it every night and am very satisfied. Thank you, Aroma Season! ********* I purchased this eye mask because it features a washable cover, unlike my smaller Aroma Season eye mask, which got dirty and can’t be cleaned. However, I'm disappointed with its performance. Even on the high setting, the heat is too low and doesn’t adequately reach my eyes, likely because of the cover. I have to press the mask against my eyes to feel any warmth, but it still doesn’t provide enough heat.

Comfortable, safe, effective
I got this cordless rechargeable heated eye mask to replace my corded eye mask and it was a fantastic decision. With this eye mask, I can sit at whatever angle I need to and not worry about positioning myself next to an outlet or having a weird cord dangling next to my head. The adjustable strap is comfortable and stretchy enough to hold it in place without being tight on my head. It does a decent job blocking light, although I do have an eye mask that cups of full circle around my eyes for when migraines are bad enough I need to block out all light, and this one isn't as effective as that. It isn't bulky, so it makes it possible for me to put on your muffs or my noise canceling headphones if I need to block out external sounds also. It heats up so fast! The automatic shut off of 30 minutes makes it safe to wear and not accidentally overheat. It has a lot of warnings not to wear it to sleep. I have used it several times and I have nodded off well wearing it by accident, so I'm very grateful it has the auto shut off feature. I would like it better if I could adjust the amount of time until it shut off, though. The highest setting feels too hot for me, but the medium and the low settings are both very comfortable and help my eye aches feel better. Surprisingly, this actually was only a few dollars different from what I paid for my corded heat mask, even though this is so much better, so I am even more impressed with its value.

Get’s hot fast, easy to navigate
I have never used a wireless heat pack for the eyes before so I didn't have many expectations on what to expect. It was nice that while unboxing it there weren't a million pieces and I did NOT have to charge it prior to placing it on my eyes. After a few seconds on the "Hot" setting it was already very warm. (Always remember if it feels too hot for you, turn it to the cooler setting. The eyes are sensitive) Personally, I would rather use the warm (blue) setting just because my eyes aren't use to having any sort of compress on them and it's always better to ease your way into using any product. KEYTAKE AWAYS: 1. Easy to turn on and make hot/warm 2. It actually felt great on my forehead even though it is made for eyes. It helped to release some tension I felt in my temples 3. Lightweight packaging, If I wanted to bring this out of the house and to work/school I could. 4. The HOT (red) setting can be intense if you aren't used to putting heat on your face and I recommend starting with the cooler setting. 5. Their adjustable headband can fit any size head big or small and the satin inside makes it comfortable against your skin. 6. I do feel better after applying because we naturally hold ALOT of tension in our faces and heat is the best way to signal to our bodies that it's time to let it go. I would use it after a long day, especially as someone who does use the computer ALL day long. The width of the mask doesn't allow any room to peak under and multitask, so it creates an environment where you HAVE to take a break. Our eyes get tired too and the simplest things like resting them and applying soothing heat can help.

Very helpful for dry eyes
I highly recommend this for dry eyes. Extra bonus for being rechargeable. The cloth cover easily comes off for washing.

Issues with eye!
I used this item for a year. At some point during that year, I started having an issue in my left eye where I frequently felt like I had something in my eye for hours at a time without anything being in it. This would happen 1-2 times a week. I ceased use of this product two months ago and have not had that issue since. I use a normal eye mask that is not heated and does not touch my eyes & it has solved my issue. Just keep this in mind; I’m sure I am an oddity, but this issue caused me an immense amount of distress.

Nice mask.. maybe not for side sleepers?
My eye doctor recommended this mask. Its warmth and moisture do feel relaxing and soothing. I appreciate the mask comes with a small bottle so water can be sprayed on the mask for moist heat. I’m a side sleeper and I find the “on/ off” button and the heating elements are placed in a slightly uncomfortable position for me. Also after only 2 weeks the mask doesn’t hold a charge well. I’m only getting 2 or 3 uses per charge. That means charging it daily. It’s a nice mask for use during the day in my case. Maybe I’ll try a different style for sleeping.

Super impressed! I never write reviews but this deserves sharing! Great product- well made - comes nicely packaged - works really well - comfortable to wear, with 3 heat levels. Charges easily. And best of all - a Canadian company. I have dry eyes and this is really comforting heated mask - definitely recommend!

I have dry eyes and blocked meibomian glands. My optometrist recommended using a Bruder eye mask multiple times a day. There are a few problems with Bruder: 1) The nose-bridge gap in that eye mask is huge and cannot be adjusted, so it does not sit properly on my eyes, 2) it needs to be heated by a microwave, and sometimes that results in different temps on the right and left sides. Moreover, you cannot use it while traveling. 3) Its white in color and becomes yellowish/brownish despite cleaning it and starts looking gross, especially when using 3-4 times a day daily. This mask by Aroma Season solves all those problems for me. Its convenient where just by a press of a button the mask works for 15 mins with adjustable heat settings. The temperature on the highest setting was perfect for me. The mask is big enough to cover both my entire eye uniformly. Using it is like a spa for my eyes. It can be used while traveling since it works on battery and does not need microwaving, and looks really good enough to use in public (like on a flight or a train). It's outside cover is washable and dark grey in color. It came in a great packaging with a charger and a short USB-C cable. But most importantly, It got the job so well done. For the first time users of any sorta eye mask, you will experience blurry vision after use for 20-30 mins (your mileage may vary) but that's normal. According to experts, that means that the mask is doing its job (you can Google for the reason behind that). The price difference between this mask and the Bruder isn't too big, so I wonder why optometrists don't recommend something like this.

I have severe dry eye and have undergone many Intense Pulse Light and Radio Frequency treatments with no notable improvement. I decided to try several home treatments, including eye drops, omega-3, and heat treatments. According to some research papers, heat treatment helps promote meibomian gland secretion. The optimal heat treatment requires 20 minutes of 40 °C on the eyelids, twice a day. I experimented using an infrared thermometer. At high setting, the mask takes 3 minutes to reach 40 °C, and 5 minutes to reach 43 °C. When the pad was at 43 °C, my eyelid temperature was about 40 °C. However, the mask will stop heating after 15 minutes. This means my eyelids only get 10 minutes of proper treatment. To achieve the desired condition, I need to press the start button at the 15th minute to maintain the temperature. I have two questions, and I hope the company can answer: 1. How many 15-minute sessions at High setting will the battery run out, assuming it was started at 100% charge? 2. Can the lithium battery be replaced? All in all, I found the eye mask offers a workable solution for my needs. I hope my experience is useful for other users.

Nice material and soft on the eyes. Works well expect it would be nice if the charge lasted more than 2 days. I use it twice a day and when I go to use it again it needs another charge. It would also be nice if you could tell that it was running low on charge so you could be proactive rather than putting it on you eyes and realizing after a few minutes that it isn't warm .

*update-I've used this 7 times and it won't hold a charge anymore* So this works. I wish there were half stars because it's getting the job done which is what matters at the end of the day. I love that it's portable, because having to plug things in seems to be one extra step too many for ADHD some days lol The 3 choices of temperature settings are nice, and the battery lasts for about 4 uses on max. It's just a terrible fit. Maybe my face is too small, who knows, but I have to push it down so far it closes my nose, and then pull the heaters in a little to get them over my eyes. I have to push up a little to get the heat onto my lower lid, which hurts a bit because the heated parts are hard plastic. The only other cordless option I could find was around $70, and anything cheaper than this had a cord, so it's really the best option despite the poor design. I imagine it's half the price wherever it's being drop shipped from. It's pretty cheaply made
