Good pillow
The first night I used it I woke up hurting but I’ve had it for over a week now and love it. It’s not the ideal size of a pillow but I’m dealing with it. I have better sleep quality and more support without hurting as much. No smell and the price is high for a pillow but not as much as some other ones

Wrong neck support, do not buy unless you have a really long neck.
I would give this 0 stars if I could. This pillow caused neck pain in my husband, so I tried it. Then, my neck pain started and extends down to my right shoulder. I went to my monthly chiropractor adjustment/diagnostic massage and it still wasn’t fixed. A few nights later, I switched back to my old pillow and my pain is gone.The neck part of the pillow is too long (and yes I’m positioning it correctly) which causes neck extension that is troublesome. Can’t return it now that we have had it for 5 months and finally found the cause of our neck pain.

This pillow is not odorless and is very warm
I have had the Derila memory foam pillow for a few weeks. It is not ODORLESS! I left it out of the package and washed the coverfor 5 days before I could sleep on it. It is not temperature adaptive, it gets very warm. The pillow is very thin. I was tempted to return it before I used it but decided to try it anyway. I was surprised to discover that the pillow was very comfortable for my neck. The main problem is that it gets to warm. The outer cover is cheap. I think I am going to try the Cushion Deep Sleep pillow next.

It works for my snoring
This pillow works great for my snoring issues. I can sleep much better and so can my spouse. Lol This is the 2nd one I've bought. After 3 years of using this pillow the shape of my pillow changed so it was replaced and works like a charm. I take it with me when I travel as well. Yes, it did take a little time to get use to the shape, but now I can't sleep without it.

Worth it
Did not completely "cure" snoring but it is better. Sleep quality is improved.

Pillow corrects my curvature of cervical vertebrae.
This pillow looks like it will not work--small and very firm. However, I have severe curvature and collapse of cervical vertebrae due to cancer treatments and age. When sleeping on my back with shoulders off of the pillow, I use it with the "low side" toward my shoulders. This is opposite as shown in the advertisement. This positioning places my neck in the exact position needed to stretch my neck back to a more normal position. I get the best sleep because it alsoprevents mouth breathing. This is the one for me. I will test the cooling function during the summer.

It’s hard as a rock and doesn’t support my next like advertising. If you have any developed traps the design is a fail

Unexpectedly small (and flat.)
I’m surprised to see so many good reviews for this pillow. The design/concept is good and the material is soft, but it is the smallest pillow I’ve ever seen, and this was supposed to be queen-sized. Perhaps appropriate for a child but definitely not an adult. I ordered another brand in standard size and I’m attaching a photo for comparison.
