I’ve been using this for rough and bumpy skin and I actually really like it so far. It’s lightweight, absorbs well, and doesn’t feel greasy or heavy. I’ve definitely noticed my skin feels smoother and more comfortable, even though I know it’s still a work in progress. The bumps aren’t magically gone overnight, but there’s a clear improvement in texture, and my skin just feels healthier overall. No irritation, no burning, which I really appreciate. Also, urea is AMAZING. If you know, you know. It makes such a difference for rough skin. I’ll keep using it because it’s helping, even if results take time. A solid product if you’re dealing with texture and want something gentle but effective.

This cream makes my skin very smooth, clear out the bumps! It doesnt have that "urea" smell , which i love the most. It moisturizes the skin but doesn't leave any stickiness.

I am on a journey to find the best products to treat the KP on my upper arms and lower legs. I have been using the Eucerin Roughness Smoothing lotion for a few months and have seen great results. However, I was hoping to find something with a higher urea percentage for extra exfoliation that has a less greasy feeling on the skin. This Cetaphil lotion is so lightweight that it dries down instantly after rubbing it in, almost to a fault. I found myself touching my arms and wondering if I had even put any lotion on at all: it was dry to the touch with a matte finish. If you cant stand the feeling of lotion on your body this is perfect for you. If you’re like me and prefer a moisturizer that has an immediate smoothing effect, gives skin a slight sheen and plump feeling; this is not it. As other reviewers noted, this CAN pill up on the skin, but only if you really rub on the skin after it dries down. This wasn’t an issue for me. Putting it on after the shower on slightly damp skin seemed to do the trick to prevent this. Despite the cons, I gave this 4 stars because there a so few 20% urea lotions by reputable brands on the market that are reasonably priced for the amount of product. Other urea creams are either lower urea percentage (~10%), way too high (~40%), or meant for feet (super thick, tiny amount for the price). Knowing how well urea has worked for my KP, I will likely use this up on my problem areas, allow it to dry and cover it with the Eucerin lotion for better moisturization.

I've been dealing with KP for forever and I've tried so many different (and expensive) products and nothing has ever helped. I saw a video recommending Cetaphil 20% urea for KP and I had never even heard of urea before. The bottle is not expensive and I figured it's worth a try. I'm glad I did and wish I had learned about this product earlier. Within 2 days I could already see a difference and after a few weeks I feel like my legs are the smoothest they have ever been with KP. For once I'm not completely dreading wearing shorts this upcoming summer. The texture can feel a tad chalky but it's worth it for how much it helps with KP.

I’m still on the fence about this one. When applied liberally it does make a noticeable difference in my KP, and it’s cheap enough that I don’t mind using a lot at a time. It’s not greasy, dries down matte. But then it has a habit of pilling once fully dry. Feels a bit chalky. If I put my clothes over the skin that’s been just lotioned, I don’t notice it, and it seems to protect my legs from my scrubs (polyester really irritates my skin). Overall, it works to calm down and smooth KP, helps with dry skin itchiness, but I wouldn’t say my skin feels hydrated after using this product and it does leave a strange chalky finish. Try it out, you might like it.

I have a foot callous that comes out on the right side of my foot. I put this on after a shower, and let me tell you, the urea just clears it. Occasionally I put it on when I know I’ll wear shoes that require socks and be out and about (don’t put it on your toenails we don’t want that extra moisture to lock in). I haven’t had the callous since! A couple days in and it was gone. I had seen a dermatologist on Facebook recommend it for callouses, and I thought what the hey! I’m glad I tried it.

The lotion is a great product, just don’t buy it in the summer, I received the product completely melted.
