Frumpy looking

I don't know why clothes manufactures come up with fancy color names. The color of this jacket is called "fatigue" but it is simply brown.The fabric wrinkles terribly, the sleeves are too short but not exactly three quarter. I looked frumpy in this jacket and wouldn't wear it even it were half its price.
