I have read a lot about the benefits of these supplements and was excited to find them all in one capsule! Easy, convenient, and affordable!

Really gives me a boost

Not sure if it’s a placebo effect, but felt a difference taking these immediately- increased energy and overall wellbeing.Update: I really do feel an amazing difference with these supplements, but have found that taking them later in the day affects my ability to sleep. It’s not that they make me feeling jittery or “wired” but more a natural energy.Update: Aporox 3-4 weeks later- I think it may be helping me to lose weight?

After talking a few days I could tell a difference in energy level. Liked them so well I brought the lion mane mushroom one and several others. Impressed by them so much have suggested to friends and family, they are impressed as well.

This is a really good supplement. No smell and easy to swallow. I get the energy I need and I’m sure there are some other health benefits. Great product.

I have only used this product for 30 days and to be honest, I don't feel anything different good/bad. However I did purchase another 50 days so that I can hopefully see/feel the benefits within that time frame.The capsules are easy to swallow, no aftertaste and have not experienced any heartburn or belching of the product after consuming.

So I purchased this supplement in hopes of getting all the vitamins in one pill instead of several. I took it in the day time and could not stay awake. Tried 2 capsules at night and felt drugged! It makes me have weird dreams like I’m hallucinating. I didn’t do any of this before taking the supplement. I went down to 1 capsule a day and the dream still came. I don’t feel any extra energy just sleepy af!
