A Great Option for Shelving Setups
This review is for: The All New Gorilla Grow Tent 2X4X6'11" - Tallest, Thickest, Strongest - Unmatched Durability in Hydroponic Indoor Grow Tents, 300lbs Hang Weight Capacity, Industrial Fabric, Reflective InteriorI've been looking for a good grow tent for my atypical setup. I use Seville Classics UltraDurable NSF Steel Shelving 18"x4x75" and 2'x4'x76" in a 3 shelf configuration with the top two shelves each having dual 2'x4' grow lights underneath giving two shelves of 32.5" of growing height each.Up until now I have had to build my own grow tents, which does the job, but it doesn't look great and breaks down over time. The Gorilla grow tent fits right over my existing Seville racks with no problem. There was some extra space on top and I just put the box with the unused frame still in it and put it on the top shelf which now holds the top of the tent up so it doesn't sag. I don't use active ventilation. The material and zipper is heavy duty and the size is perfect for my setup. I'm very pleased with the size and quality of the tent and I'll be buying more.

Gorilla grow tent
Absolutely love this tent compared to my first grow tent No light leaks, tall enough and very spacious compared to other competitors, well built and tough canvas to last for many years to come! I out grew my tent on my first grow and didn't think it would have been a problem but wish I had done my homework better the first time but this tent would be hard to out grow haha!

You get what you pay for
High quality item, Gorilla tents cost a bit more than the cheaper options but you will appreciate the quality after actually using it for a grow. I started with a cheap $80 tent and it looked great when I first put it together, but after a grow the roof bars were sagging, the walls were worn and the cheap tent had a permanent bad smell.I learned a lesson and ponied up for the Gorilla, and after a few grows in this I am glad I did. High quality item, can't tell you how great the "window" feature is -this makes things much easier over the cheaper tents. I love the expandability in height although since I'm using a scrog I don't need the extra height.Would order again. A+Update 03/16/16: I'm still using this tent, probably on it's fifth or sixth grow now? I always wipe down and clean the inside between grows, and it still works well for my purposes. Frame is still sturdy. The other cheap tent I had has completely disintegrated, I already threw it away. There is a *tad* bit of light-leak around the velcro windows, but if you are diligent about tamping it down every time you open it, it's fine. There is also a bit at the base where the zippers meet - originally a flap covered this spot well but over time it's stretched a bit and it doesn't seal. Neither are big deals nor are they deal breakers for me. My other tents didn't even make it this far.I would still order again, in fact I added a second one in early 2015.

Don't plan on using it for flowering.
Love the tent and its great construction. It was purchased to be a flower testing tent so i didnt waste valuable floor space in my flowering room on unproven strains. Crawled into tent and didnt even have to acclimate my eyes to the darkness to see all the light leaks. Huge dissappointment. So, i switched to having it be my mom tent and now use my mom room that was designed air and light tight to be my new flower test room. Screwed up my plans and set me back a month on testing, but still give it 4 stars because it is a very nice tent for clones or moms, something where light leakage matters none.PS. Do yourself a favor if u do buy this tent. Either buy the side wall brace kit to prevent the tent from sucking in during venting, or if u have a 3d printer you can print corner brackets (16mm) from one of many available files on thingiverse and use schedule80 PVC pipe to brace the sides. I chose the latter option as its like 1/3 the price.

Solid Purchase
First of all, package came double boxed, very nice. Very thick feeling canvas tent. All things needed for install included. Assembly took me 2 hours, not as nimble as I used to be. Fully assembled, this tent is very sturdy and I really like the reflective interior. The zipper is far better than my last grow tent. This will handle all my grow equipment with ease. Top notch quality!

Best Grow Tent That I Own and I Own a Lot of Tents
I don't write many reviews but, I had to take the time to say a few good things about the Gorilla Lite Grow Tent LTGGT88. I am a veteran of assembling grow tents of every conceivable size, but this was by far the easiest to assemble. I bought the lite line primarily because I don't have enough ceiling height in my basement to use their regular line. I barely had enough room to get this one in with only a half inch to spare. Compared to all of the tents that I have purchased from a very large online hydro store, this one is far superior. I like the shiny fabric and prefer it to the cordura nylon that my other tents are made of. The number one thing that fails after a few years on other brand grow tents are the zippers. Once the zippers are gone so is your tent. The zippers on this tent are the beefiest that I have found one any tent. I don't believe that they will ever be a problem. That is pretty much it. When the tent is all assembled it is very strong. Plan on two people taking about two hours to assemble. It probably could be done quicker if you had more ceiling room and space around the tent than I do. I love the tent!

Great tents
This is a great tent. Heavy duty. You pay a little more, but it’s a sturdy tent. It’s my second one. I will use one for veg & the other for flower.
