Takes time to work, but works!
My doctor told me years ago to take to Turmeric for inflammation. I tried the powder/cooking spice, the pills, the liquid, but would not be consistent in taking it. It won’t work if you’re not consistent. Having them in gummy form helped me be consistent. I take take two every morning and after about a month or so l, I found relief for a sore shoulder. As I get older, I don’t necessarily have to do anything to my body, things just start to hurt. This saved me from physical therapy.

Great Easy to Chew Gummies!
My orthopedic doctor recommended these to help with all my joint replacements (6 total) and aches that are associated with my daily life. I am not a "pill swallowing" person - Gummie supplements is what I like best. These are really priced well compared to big box stores and taste great. This is another one of those Amazon products that I don't have to "drive" to find and pay more for than Amazon. My 5-Star choice for product convenience and a product that seems to help me a lot!!!
