Very poor quality. Not usable for exercises.

I only got this for the leg adductor exercise, so I cant speak to its other functions. Although the instructions were printed in illegible microfont, it was obvious how to put it together. A minor fault. It is surprising how comfortable this is. Its resistance is easily adjustable to as difficult or easy as I want it. The velcro straps seemed awkward to use, another minor fault, and so I used a light band from JakkoFoxx that works perfectly to hold the exerciser in place while I do other things seated at my desk until the next set. I had a Thighmaster years ago that I donated since for me it was impossible to use. This is beyond my expectations.

I've tried similar products to target inner thigh muscles, but they never had enough resistance for what I wanted. This has the resistance, is sturdy but lightweight, and gives you a great workout. It took a few tries to figure out the best position to put it that was comfortable and most effective. Once I figured that out, it's been awesome

Worth the money. Simple but effective. As a fitness professional with 25 years of experience, my advice is the best exercise equipment is what you'll use. This is a simple exerciser. It's comfortable, portable, has sufficient resistance, and a snap to put together. The leg pads are sturdy and will rotate and lock into other positions. It comes with handles that also rotatate and lock to use for upper body exercises for your neck, back, shoulders, arms, chest, while also working your hands and wrists. After bilateral rotator cuff with bicep repair surgery, wrist surgery, cervical and lumbar injuries, and sciatica, everything from service connected injuries, this equipment is a valuable addition to my tool box. Buy it!

This is a gift from me to my wife. She wants to do Kegel training, and I found this product. She is very satisfied with it. It can help her exercise thigh strength and also help me exercise hand strength

Great for legs and arms. The leg pads leave pretty bad bruising if you bruise easily.
