Nice & soft FeelLite Orthotics insoles. I wear a size 11 women’s & have a high arch. Ordered the XL. There is room to trim down to fit my shoes, which I appreciate & ordered the XL in order to do just that. The arch is a normal arch … Not very high (which I thought I was ordering) so I’ll keep trying & looking.

I have a lot of feet problems and these inserts aren’t bad at all.

I didn't use this product, didn't need to. Arch wants high as indicated in material or misleading photo. I tried to recreate the photo showing high arch while you see bottom of white sole. No joy!!I left photos below.If you have real fingering foot pain you need a high arch and hard heal if you hope to recover. This isn't a bad insert, it's just not a top contender based on various inserts I've used.

I can stay on my feet all day with these inserts. I have high arches and these are very supportive.

Oh man, these inserts are amazing, I mean it. I have planters facetious and in huge pain. My back was hurting so bad, with sciatica down my left leg.I bought these on Amazon late last night and they were delived early this morning, thank you. I cut them to fit and inserted them. I then stood up and wow, I am amazed. Definitely buy these, they work great.A world of difference.
