It definitely feels heavier than other suits I've tried, which might be a factor for some, but for me, it just contributes to the feeling of durability. It seems like it'll hold up to some serious training sessions. The fit is good, allowing for the movement needed during workouts without feeling restrictive.I particularly appreciate the elastic cuffs and waistband for a secure fit, and the reflective details are a nice bonus for anyone training outdoors in low light. While I haven't tested all the features like the "prolonged fat-burning zone" claims extensively, it certainly helps you sweat and get the job done for weight cutting. I bought this sauna suit for my husband to help with his weight loss journey, and it’s been a great purchase! Compared to other sauna suits that feel like you’re just wearing a noisy trash bag, this one is so much better. The material is high quality, durable, and made to withstand intense workouts. My husband is 6ft tall and about 250 pounds, and the 2X fit him perfectly with enough room to wear his regular sweat suit underneath. This helped him really turn up the heat and work up a serious sweat. The hoodie design is also a great touch comfortable yet snug enough to trap in heat without feeling suffocating. The construction feels solid, like it’s made to last through a lot of use, which is rare with many other cheaper suits we’ve tried before. After seeing how much he sweated and how well it held up, and how it’s a great price, I’ll definitely be ordering one for myself too!

This product is heavy duty. I’ve had several sauna suits in the past but none like this. I was drenched in sweat & after an hour long workout none dropped out anywhere. It’s is cuffed in all the right places. It doesn’t cling in the wrong places showing off all your rolls. Having nice pockets including one for your phone is a plus (& no my phone didn’t even get damp). The sizing guide is perfect. No stinky smell prior to wearing it. It works amazing & is worth every penny that I paid for it.

This is the first sauna suit I have ever used. I have used it twice now. I went on a walk/run outside on a hot day, and it absolutely got me sweating. The second time I used it in the gym during a 20m cardio session, and it felt great.Both times I have used it, I immediately looked forward to using it again.The suit looks and feels very good. I have heard that some sauna suits are prone to tearing easily, but this one feels very sturdy. It has zipper pockets to keep your phone or wallet safe. There are velcro cuffs on the jacket and pants to keep a good seal for your body heat.The jacket has a hood with straps to seal it around your face, and the pants also have pull strings to get a snugger fit at the waist.All that said, this is also a pretty slick 🔥looking suit as far as aesthetics are concerned.This is a solid suit and would gladly recommend it to others. 👊🏼*****I ordered the large per size chart, but think the medium would be a better fit. I am around 5’8” and 188lbs.

Why did you pick this product vs others?:I was looking for a suit that I could go in public & not be embarrassed. This suit is perfect! This is a nice looking sauna suit that doesn't look like I'm wearing a trash bag like other suits I've tried in the past. So I can enjoy my walks & workouts without the stares. Not only does it look nice, it's also excellent quality with zipper pockets, durable material to withstand my workouts, & it gives enough room where I don't feel like I am going to suffocate. It also delivers on the sweat. If you are serious about wanting to sweat, this is the suit for you. It has Velcro cuffs around the ankles and wrists to help seal in the heat. The best part is that it is so affordable!

It is a really nice looking and well made product. The issue, however, is I'm finding these Sauna Suits are NOT made for truly larger people. and more specifically, someone with wider hips and thighs! I brought the LARGEST size (at the time was 4x) and STILL couldn't pull it up. I ultimately had to return it. NO smell and the material was thick and substantial. Its really worth the money IF you can fit it. If you have big hips/butt/thighs, SIZE UP!
