However, yes, I had my first lucid dream on these recently, but that's after logging about 15 dreams in a dream journal over about 2 weeks. Had just the one for now, this was a few days ago. I was told it helped to recall dreams but I recall nothing now maybe it's because i didn't dream in the first place maybe? IDK The price point is a bit steep not going to lie and then also it has little to no effects and that doesn't help either! Now the reason i DID give 3 stars is because it did seem like i slept a little longer. I don't feel more rested or anything i just think it gave me a extra hour or two. I would say maybe this product would work better for someone else but it didn't really do anything for me. Sorry

They really work. Just make sure you completely chew it up to make sure it’s completely effective. 😳 I am remembering my dreams , I had to give it a couple of days to take effect but yes.

I have been taking them for about a week now. I really enjoy the flavor. I wouldn’t say they help with actually becoming lucid while dreaming but I definitely do notice that it helps me sleep better which is a huge plus. I don’t wake up groggy or tired or any headaches. I do notice when I take these that my dreams seem to last longer. The vividness of my dreams is the same but all in all I do enjoy this product. I would recommend them. I am going to continue to try other supplements but these are good as well. This product has a lot of the ingredients that, according to my research, help with dreaming. I think taking these supplements IN ADDITION to actually doing lucid dreaming methods will really help.

I liked the taste of these gummies kinda taste like gushers but did not have a much of a liquid center that I noticed. I did notice I fell asleep faster and slept longer. I did wake up feeling like I had a deep sleep. I did have some strange dreams. I feel the gummies were effective with sleep so I am happy with my purchase.

So far I am impressed. They are a good size and don't stick to each other (i hate when gummies do that). Its a really cool looking product. The taste is great. At the moment, I can tell they are helping me stay asleep longer (like melatonin, I guess), but I have no delusions this will be the key to lucid dreaming. Overall happy.

I got these on a whim while purchasing more melatonin for sleep aid. I had already tried mugwort and HTP-5 which are in these, so I thought it'd work out well in helping me sleep and dream a bit more vividly. In my case, they did in fact make me dream more often. I haven't slept particularly well in recent years and remembering a dream was a fairly rare occurrence. With these, I would have a pretty vivid dream I could recall a couple times a week maybe? I sleep poorly still so not every night but certainly more than I did prior to trying these. The trade-off though, is that I definitely felt less rested in the day following taking these than if I only took melatonin. It was more difficult to wake up and hit the ground running, and I sometimes felt myself in a bit of a funky, unpleasant mood for a good while after I started the day. Rather than sleep easier, it was more like I had trouble getting back in gear after waking, like I was still tired. Worth a try, perhaps, but I think this might not be the product for me.
