DreamSky Weather Station Indoor Outdoor Thermometer Wireless, Atomic Clock

I bought this DreamSky weather station about two weeks ago and I'm really happy with it. It arrived quickly, and the display is large and bright enough that I can easily see it from across the room. I love that it shows both the indoor and outdoor temperature and humidity, but it also displays the time, date, and day of the week. Since I no longer work, I sometimes lose track of what day it is, so having the day right there is actually really useful! My husband set it up in our living room just under our television. He said it was quick and easy to set it up and mount it on the wall. The temperature readings have also been accurate. The outdoor temperature matches perfectly with the thermometer I have out in my garden. Honestly, I don't think I would change a thing about it. It's easy to read, easy to set up, and gives me all the information I want at a glance. Definitely a great purchase!

This weather station replaced a different brand weather station that lasted only five years. The DreamSky is much nicer, easy to set up and to use. I like the different display dimming options, the large, easy-to-read display sizes, and the fact that the temperature and humidity numbers tie exactly to the same readings on our smart thermostat. This is great to look at first thing in the morning to decide what to wear.

Easy to setup and easy to read and operation simple. Having power supply w/batteries for backup only definitely a plus. Discovered a 'bug' - about once or twice month, while the TEMP ALARM was set and active, it gave a false alarm saying it was 100.0F outside (the HIGH TEMP alarm setting), then after alarm it suddenly would go back to real TEMP outside of only 75.0F - obvious error... and it then gives a false HIGH TEMP reading for the day of the 100.0F ruining logging from the device that day (fortunately, I have more than this weather station to draw data from :-| Decided to disable TEMP ALARM until I really need it... we'll see if the bug persists even doing this ~ it did persist... so, changed the high temp alarm to 45.0F and left it off, so we'll see if the bug's just picking 100.0F or it's tied to the high temp alarm ;-) Turns out the bug's just picking 100.0F - pain in the @$$ as it trashes the high temp reading for the day... otherwise a nice unit. I reset the high temp alarm to 98.0F and left it on - let's see if it changes the bug from 100.0F? Maybe issue is not with the base unit but the outside remote sensor itself??? NEW problem - remote sensor unit will 'stop working' out of the blue - have to remove batteries for 2 minutes then reinstall to wake back up its telemetry. Lasts for a short time or sometimes a pretty long time - considering returning, but think maybe batteries could be cause of.... While the batteries used in the base unit can be any cheap battery (kroger brand, publix brand, brand X, etc.) as they are not actually used until unplugged or power outage... pretty much irrelevant ~ HOWEVER - maybe the batteries in the remote sensor M U S T be high quality batteries? Use Energizer MAX for best performance (well, hope this fixes the issue) 10/8/2025 - nope, remote sensor still locks up requiring removing batteries for a few minutes and reinserting to get telemetry running again - tried relocating the outside sensor - still acted up... the thing is well protected from rain and direct sun :-| NOTIFIED seller that the outside sensor is just defective and nothing I do helps (change sensor channel, moving base unit, etc.). Seller graciously sent me new outside sensor and it seems to have fixed the problem! HAPPY CAMPER *****

I have a weather station that works well except one thing - it's not lighted, so I have to turn on the big ceiling light to see it and ugh who wants that? This one was affordable and had the features I wanted, so I bought. And it does great, has automatic time/date sync and does pretty well predicting conditions for the next 12 hours. Overall, it does what I want but there are 2 thing that keep it from being perfect. For one, this has a battery compartment, so it can run off batteries however there is no battery backup. If the power goes out, you have to go in and put the settings back to how you had them. Not a big deal but it is annoying. The second has to do with the screen brightness settings, which are either too dark to read or blindingly bright so be prepared for a constant bright glow from it.

Excellent Weather Station. Easy setup and nice bright display. Can run on supplied AC adaptor to save the batteries. Accuracy adequate and atomic clock keeps good time. Battery powered outdoor sensor compact and easy to mount

This is a Great weather station!! The display is nice and large. It’s bright enough to be seen from several feet away as we walk past it. I bought the 2nd sensor and keep one on our patio and one in the garage. No issues with this. I appreciate having the ability to always have the indoor info on the right, and be able to toggle between the outdoor and garage sensors on the left side of the screen for comparison. I haven’t had to change batteries in the sensors yet. We have it in the base , set on a desk near our patio door. I like the option of being able to hang it or have it on a desk or counter top for versatility.

Much better than the expensive one I bought for my husband. Easy set up, accurate.

Excellent in general, but the 'forecast' is not within a reasonable level of accurate. I like the big, clear, screen!
