This TV is outstanding when used as a large-format computer monitor for productivity. In 8K, text looks exceptionally crisp, UI elements are clean, and the extra screen real estate is unbelievably useful for multitasking, documents and spreadsheets. The Mini LED brightness and contrast with proper setup make it easy to work in office lighting conditions, and overall it feels like a premium “work display” more than a typical living-room TV. For gaming, though, driving 8K at high frame rates is brutal on the GPU. Frame rate won't cut it until next RTX is out. Also, initial setup can be done without connecting it to the internet/Samsung account. This lets to avoid a lot of the usual smart-TV bloat and keep it purely “monitor-like”.

Excellent video, upscale regular 4k and processes it to a higher resolution. Easy to set up, lighter than most 75" TVs because it uses an additional media box that can be placed with your other components or attached to the back of the TV and hides all cords. Love that it connects to smartthings and can now view video cams connected to our security system. Few instructions were included but it is fairly simple and intuitive to figure out. The sound in the TV is mediocre. Most who purchase this TV will have their own Audio system bit the TV sound is fine for regular TV. Movies and music you will want a sound bar and subwoofer. Roku works ok to turn everything on, but Roku has not updated their software to fully control this 2024 TV. The One Connect is very convenient and reduces the weight of the TV by about 15 pounds. Also love the minimal border which is only about 1/4" at the bottom and 1/8" on the top and sides. Set up to use Bixby or Alexa which I don't care for. It was advertised as Google Assistant and have not figured how to connect it yet. Lots of default apps but I have not found Nest or Google yet. Samsung internet and about another 100 apps like Tubi and Prime are standard. Overall love it so far. My previous TVs have all been Sony which I love so this is a change. Impressive video, mediocre sound. Better than my previous Sony 4K but pricey even on sale.

This was a trip from HELL. Never buy any expensive item from Amazon as they don’t care about you at all. But specifically this item is trash. We wanted a nice tv, and got this one on November 23, 2024. We received this TV on the 27th in a damaged box. The TV worked amazingly…for 12 hours. TV broke, wouldn’t turn on. We got a warranty claim done on it, and had it fixed. Nope it happened again, blank screen, nothing working. We sent the TV back on December 12th. First, we scheduled it between 12-3 and they showed up at 8:30 AM. Then Amazon did not receive the package until December 27th as per the delivery company’s info. According to Amazon’s refund policy, they said they would refund us when they receive the package. Amazon claimed to not have it until DECEMBER 8th, which I know isn’t true because the delivery company confirmed to me over the phone that they had delivered it to Amazon on 27th of December. Anyway, our refund was issued on December 8th, and failed due to an expired card. Amazon refused to refund us to a different card, and their only option was to send us a check that would be here in 8 to 10 weeks. For a TV that was $4,800, I did not wanna wait 2+ months for this money. At the contacting Amazon several times, they gave me no options other than the check and a gift card. So we did a charge back, which FINALLY hit our account today, Jan 23rd 2025. Do not get this TV, or anything from Samsung and please do NOT get anything expensive from Amazon.

I was looking for a QLED replacement tv for my 11 year old Samsung tv that needed updating. I had looked at OLED tv's, but had decided that their infinite contrast ratio was not worth the risk of OLED burn in or screen degradation over time. This previous model year tv popped up at a price point that matched its 4k counter parts, making it a no brainer option. Being a top of the line model, the upscaling is truly awe inspiring, and it's picture quality is worthy of its original retail price. I have been using it for a couple months now, and it has met all my expectations. I would recommend this model to anyone looking for the best of the best.

I love this TV! Incredible picture and easy to use. One side note...if you plan to order a longer One Connect cable than what it comes with, they won't work. I tried ordering 4 five meter cables as I thought each one may have been defective...but no...all didn't work...Hard to believe, but samsung does not yet have a longer one connect cable than what it comes with that is compatible.

This is, by far, the finest TV I have ever owned. I have a number of TVs of different sizes mostly 65 inch. from Sonys to Samsungs, but this TV is incredible. I know I spent too much money on it, but it answers every thing I ask it to do. I have it set up with a PC on HDMI-1 and get all of my email, do my shopping and can watch all of my Blue-Ray movies, Network TV and YouTube videos in all of their glory. On football days, I have numerous games on at once. If there is a better TV out there, I would like to know more, but for now, this one is my go to. Thanks for the best TV available @Samsung.

No joke. This TV is the worst. I’ll give a full review after I write all the reasons why this tv is the worst. And my last two TV have been Samsungs. They are going down hill, big time!!!
