One of the best ..i ever used for my office use

The product is good, I loved it but the mic is not able to pick clear voice as the boom i short. I hope you can double the length of boom in the next iteration of the model.

Dear Support Team, I purchased the G9 Wireless Headset from Amazon on 23 September 2025. I used the headset for only around 4–5 months, after which it suddenly stopped working and automatically switched off. The product was used carefully and is in good physical condition. I have attached photos of the headset and its packaging for your reference. I request you to please check this issue and arrange a replacement or suitable solution under warranty, if applicable. Noice cansallation is not good as mention , sound quality , and battery life is good, call clearity is also very good in calm enviroment , in noisey enviorment its not good

For meetings this is acceptable, for music its not worth it Mic is not good enough to pickup the voice at all times Battery life is descent for a 8 hours meeting For long meetings, i have started feeling pain on my ears, i wouldnt recommend this product for this price, i would rather prefer ngsafe first gen product more

DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT. With in a weeks time it has stopped working, people are not able to hear me at all. They know their product so have not kept any refund option , Please do not buy this product. All positive reviews are not worth considering

This is by far, the best headset I have ever used. Standard headsets either hurt my ears after a couple of hours or give me ear infections after a week of wearing them. These disappear on my head, I forget i am wearing, till the phone rings or Teams beebs. The switching from two connected devises (Mobile and Laptop) is seamless and just works as it's supposed to. for 35.00 CA, it is the best deal on Amazon right now and in fact, I am getting a set for the wife so she can use them instead of her big clunky headset her office provided her. Lastly, I LOVE the removable MIC, I can remove it and use them as standard headset when I'm out riding my bike and still hear everything going on around me, very impressed, can you tell? EDIT: I am hoping the seller gets back to me, it was working AMAZINGLY for a few days, then people started saying my voice sounded muffled, like I was speaking through a pillow. This was on Teams, then on my mobile phone, my wife said the same thing, so Teams and Phone so it is not software related, it is hardware. Speakers are fine, I hear everyone but now, my MIC has stopped working entirely, Teams sees the Headset for speakers but not for MIC. Very disappointed, I will not change my rating just yet, it might be a one off, if the seller can replace the unit and it lasts, I will keep the 5 Star because it is worth it IF it continues to work after the replacement.

I bought these because of the attachable boom arm. These were a last ditch effort to be able to have a hands free version of talking on the phone with my grandmother whom always said you sound far way whenever I used other types of ear buds or headphones in general. Considerations: 1. When the boom is attached it has the best effect for noise cancellation. When not it is more of noise reduction. 2. When using continuously battery life is 8-10 hours. 3. They if you have a large head the band in the back will sit snuggly on the back of the head. What is liked: 1. The boom is easily detached with a rubber stopper to cover when not using (they send 4) 2. Connects to 2 different devices at once for ease of switching. I connect between computer and phone. When turned on they connect automatically. 3. Volume is actually impressive even on a low setting it is loud. 4. Comfortable long stretches of time. Podcast vs Music Is the depth of music. I listen primarily to podcasts. Spoken word comes very clearly. These are not for listeners that listen with heavy bass in music. Highs and mids are clear and good quality. Lows are poor.
