Good Product!!
Prompt shipment, good quality product. Used on transmission pan for my Dodge Stratus. No leaks so far!!! (As a side note, my local Chrysler dealer's parts/service department claimed they were not even aware of the existence of this product. Don't think I'll be using this dealership's service department....)

Best RTV there is
Been using this for years because iI have never had to redo a pan that leaked afterwards.Recently saw where “project farm” did a test on several major brands and the Mopar came out on top. Even above Toyota and Honda RTV.

Does the job but check part numbers!
Made by Mopar for a Mopar product/fluid, so it better work. And it does. A bit pricey, but still cheaper than the stealership. The tube I received only said "RTV" on it with no mention of ATF (4 stars for that reason). I had to call a dealer and verify the part number. Supposedly you can put this on the transmission pan and immediately install the pan, but I've had good luck letting it "skin" for about 15-20 minutes before installing. No leaks, so it's doing its job.

Use it for transmission pan removal.
Used on my 1996 Jeep Cherokee AW4 transmission oil pan. The pan does not use a gasket. The RTV sets up fast unlike the cheap stuff you buy at the auto parts stores. I Installed the pan and one bolt broke when I was using a torque wrench. I took a chance that the gasket material would not leak. So far no leaks. Next change i will have to extract the bolt but it's good for now.

Good stuff from Mopar
This is the goop to use when sealing your Dodge tranny pan...no rubber or cork gasket required. Hey wow, man. Smells interesting too.

Expired Product - Cannot use
Received product on 07/17/2020. The date stamped on the tube is 04/16/19. The factory service manual states that the item has a shelf life of 1 year. So, regardless of whether the date on the tube is a manufacture date or an expiration date, the product is past its expiration date according to Chrysler/Mopar.

It was exactly what I paid for and worked well for my 3500 transmission pan change
