Don't expect the product as shown by the seller, you will get a cheap version, which is ok compared to the price. Size is a little small, the collar fits around tightly around my neck. Cannot say anything about its benefits as if now, but it feels good when the device is inflated, gives neck a good support and relieved tension in the next due to prolong driving and sedantry work

Comfort

Its a very useful device for neck pain. It fits properly around your neck and you can slowly inflate it. It does compress your neck laterally but also extends it vertically. The lateral compression is the only reason it's a little uncomfortable. Also one should take care not to inflate too much. Otherwise you'll end up with a different kind of pain. Just inflate it enough so that you feel a release in your spine and remain like that for about 5 min. Release and do it again after a min. Do it twice a day and you'll get a lot of relief from pain.
