This is an amazing product!! Truly amazing! I have suffered from severe constipation my whole life. I literally knew what constipation meant before I could pronounce it or spell it. I only knew that constipation was why my tummy hurt when I was a child. 🙄 But when I take one or two of these pills— I will have a bowel movement within an hour or two— without fail. I don’t get the cramping and bloating that some other products cause— and the size, form, color and consistency of my bm’s are on point. It’s not for long term use— but I plan to consult with my holistic practitioner to figure out how I should incorporate this little miracle pill into my holistic lifestyle.

No cramping, no surprises. I didn't realize that Amazon had it. It doesn't work overnight, but it does work. You need to be consistent. It's gentle, but effective. I tried Nature's Sunshine Lower Bowel Stimulator when I was looking for some occasional help with regularity. I'll just say this isn't a supplement where I wondered whether anything was happening. For me, it did what I purchased it for and helped get things moving. The capsules are also much more convenient than mixing powders or drinking some of the other products marketed for the same purpose. That said, I wouldn't treat this like an everyday vitamin or assume that taking more will give better results. Products containing stimulant-type herbal ingredients can cause cramping, urgency, or diarrhea, and everyone's response can be different. I followed the label directions and paid attention to how my body responded. I'm also not putting much weight behind the “cleanse” or “detox” language. I bought it for occasional constipation and regularity—not because I expected a supplement to somehow detox my colon. Bottom line: it worked for me when I needed some occasional help getting things moving. Just remember that with a product like this, stronger isn't necessarily better.

It works! I was rather surprised how fast and well it worked. I took it two nights and it didn’t cause cramps or anything that bothered me. I will be using it again.

My elderly father has used this product for years. It is gentle and no cramps or discomfort as it working to assist the lower bowel.

I use this daily. But I only take two capsules at bedtime. I have suffered from constipation for years. I take it in a regular basis. Like clockwork. I don’t worry about drinking excessive amounts of water. This stuff works !!! And its not like a laxative. It keeps me regular and its normal. Nothing that makes you think that you’ve taken a laxative. For me it’s a 50 day bottle. 2 per day. Recommended dose is 4 capsules a day. Id start with two. ?!

I like to take 2 capsules instead of the recommended 4 capsules because it is more mild, yet effective, in remedying constipation. I'm sure it depends on the person. For me it's great cuz the bottle lasts longer.
