DIY Panels - Adjustable
I know, my panels are all over the place lol but that was the best part of having it being adjustable and to be able to do it the way I wanted. The black panels blocks out the sun when it shines through the blinds. So, it works out for me and also works out perfectly for the cat hammock. The black panels were supposed to be used as a walking platform but I only used a couple of them. I wanted it one panel higher so itโs tall and narrow for my living room. I put one door on the side, at shoulder height and had to buy door latches, itโs actually super convenient. We're able to open it and place her right in the cat hammock, without having to open the full cage door on the front side. The only reason I have zip ties are for my dogs. They easily move the cage with their nose, and not because itโs flimsy, I just didnโt secure it properly like the directions said. I have more to fix but it was for the time being and felt bad my kitten was stuck in my daughterโs room all day and night. We got her from a rescue and she came from a rough background, so I needed her to heal and be in a quiet, safe place to acclimate. She then started meowing so loud in my daughters room that I felt bad and bought this cage in a rush to be able to let her enjoy being a part of the family, safely. This was delivered within 3 days of purchase. I have 4 dogs. And this is our first cat in the family. Overall, the cage has been very sturdy. It came with all parts, non were missing. Door latches (they are only clips) works but if you have dogs, I highly suggest reinforcing it with coiled hook latches like just on Amazon. Canโt really see but if you zoom in on the doors, itโs the silver hooks, they also stretch too. Dogs can possibly get the clips off if they keep chewing or scratching at it. My cat loves it, itโs narrow but I have panels so she can jump up and toys so she can play in it. But of course after I buy this cat enclosure, she ends up getting along with the dogs and now we just leave the door open and she goes in and out as she please to use the litter box. Itโs very comfortable, I can even go in it but canโt stand straight while inside. We recommend this, especially to be able to build to your needs. It came with a lot of panels, but wish I could somehow buy just the black panels. You can even make 2 cat enclosures if you wanted to.

Not bad, just make sure itโs secure
My cats stay the night outside in it sometimes, itโs safe just make sure you have it built properly and securely. I put dirt around the bottom of mine because itโs on the ground, a few bricks around it to be safe. I bought it last year, worked all year outside, got another one today to add on to it, now itโs twice as big so cats have more room. Might get a 3rd to make it even bigger eventually. Itโs a bit flimsy so I built mine 3 squares high 4 squares long with a brace in the middle, takes a hour or less to assemble. Not hard once you see how it goes. Donโt really need the instructions. If youโre gonna use it for indoors itโs actually โpurr-fectโ ๐ donโt hit me Seriously, I only use mine outside for them to get fresh air and touch grass but as an indoor cage, itโs ideal and worth it.

Cat cage but ...Great for a bird cage as well!
I loved it. Although it's a cat cage, I use it for my pet birds. Nowadays, bird cages are crazy expensive. And they still end up being too small. But this cat cage is way bigger and cheaper than what the "biggest" indoor bird cage would be. Although the instructions were difficult to read, and the video wouldn't load. But I made it work and assembled it but just the outer part. The inside I decorated it with branches and play stuff for my birds. But make sure you click them in place. There should be no gaps connecting each panel. So make sure you use your upper body or floor to click them in place. Other than that. Easy in my opinion. The hammer was useless for me too. I also used all 4 doors to make one big one for me to enter and clean. I decided on this cage so that my birds can fly more freely while I work.

Worth the Purchase
So I have a "naughty" cat that goes poop outside her litterbox. After the vet cleared her of any medical issues, I decided to build her a little cat apartment to keep her in when we're not home and at night. It fixed her issues almost right away and I'm 99% sure it's because we live in a smaller apartment and she just really needed "her own space" that her brother (pur other cat) couldn't get in. Fastforward a month, we wanted to renovate the room that the cats boxes are in to make it more of a guest room and we took down her makeshift cat apartment seeing that she was still going in the litterbox (we'd been gone for a week and left the door open for her to go in and out while the cat sitter was here and she continued to use the litterbox). However almost immediately she went outside the litterbox again. I didn't want to give up on trying to convert the other bedroom into a guest room so I figured to get one of these cat tier cages to minimize the space in the room but maximize her space she had in there. Her going outside the litterbox confirmed to me that we needed to keep giving her a space all to herself (she roams around the apartment when we are home). Was nervous about getting these because I didn't have a lot of money to spend and reviews on others kept saying they were flimsy and not worth it. Found this one with the best reviews and cheapest price as well as its large size and it's the best $100 I've ever spent on my cat. It is SO STURDY! no missing parts, it's easy to build (utilize the hammer it comes with! Makes taking it apart and back together much easier) and has a nice appearance to it. It's hard getting the sides together with thise plastic clasps BUT THATS WHAT YOU WANT because you know it's not gonna come apart easily. Its functionality makes it to work as a cat cage, guinee pig pen, bunnies areas or bird cage so it's definitely a multi use pet cage that allows so much room for your pets and allows you to custom build it however you want it. It's also fairly easy to move. Best of all my cat LOVES it--you can tell she feels safe and comfortable at night or when we leave and she even likes to go in it when the door is open. My only "complaint " with it would be I wish it came with more load bearing frames just to ensure that all the tiers are supported no matter which way you built it. My only other "complaint" would be that I don't really trust those platforms for them to jump on, so I've added blankets to help distribute the weight of the cat easier (she's also got sharp claws).

Worked for me definitely could be more sturdy/ higher quality for the price I needed something to build a enclosure for my pet something that I can break down in case I move tried to build something large , my work was to intelligent can got out this time I took my time, in the photo and downsized and definitely worked so far the rest with the left over pieces instead of returning I been struggling with organizing in a tiny space and these made amazing quick shelve all that being said be patient when you build it takes a minute to put together but ๐คทโโ๏ธ๐คทโโ๏ธ๐คทโโ๏ธ

This thing will make you sad. Very, very sad.
This product has everything - flimsy materials, incomprehensible instructions, misleading product pictures. Oh, and it's easy for cats to get out of, too. Just over all a terrible product

Created the perfect kitty litty space in the garage!
We ordered two of these sets to create an area in the garage for the cat litter so the cats wouldn't have full range in the garage but yet kept the cat litter out of the house. We made it tall enough and while the door area wasn't big enough for my husband to get into the enclosure with just the one set, with two sets we were able to make the door larger for him to get in to, and we made it taller as well. Really needed two sets to make it big enough. It's a little tough sometimes to attach the pieces but once you do they're pretty sturdy. Not sure I would trust this outside, but in the garage it worked perfect.
