Awesome bit of kit
I own a number of knives, mostly outdoor knives of different sizes, and im fairly new to sharpening with whet stones and the like. Previously i had bought a whetstone which did not do the job to well for me, partly down to my inexperience and partly down to the fact that it was the wrong grit and material for the steel i wanted to sharpen (even though it said on the listing it was the right one for the job). I found it a minefield with so many options for whet stones, they were messy and easy to mess up your knife edge. This tool however i have found to be the opposite of that. It works GREAT on S30V steels, and has loads of options all in one tidy place. It did an excellent job, was very easy to use - having a leather strop included is great and its VERY good value for money. Highly recommend this for people that just want to get great results with no mess or fuss. Its very portable, easy to clean and can sharpen anything, serrated edges, axes, arrow broad heads, fish hooks and perfect for pocket knives or varying lengths. Great work WorkSharp

Awesome
I've used a set of sharpening stones (arkansas type) for years, but was never really that good with them due to the difficulty maintaining the angle - still got knives sharp enough but never quite that scalpel level of sharpness. Recently got into multitools and pocket knives a bit deeper and found the stones difficult to use to reach the whole blade without scuffing the side of the tool so looked what the internet wisdom recommended, hence bought this Work Sharp jobby. Have to say, I've sharpened every blade I can find using this now. Having the range of diamond plates, ceramic rods, and the strop in such a compact and self-contained package is a huge plus, very convenient. It sharpens extremely well, and easily, with the diamond plate guides at 20-degrees, and then the ceramic rod guides are set to put a 25 degree micro bevel on - something I could never have done using stones. The weak point overall, and I'm really looking for something to say, is purely due to the compromise of the whole design and trying to fit so much in. The leather for the stropping is relatively small, so on almost all but the smallest of blades, is difficult to strop the full length of the blade in one pass - you have to sort of strop half way up the blade a few times, and then move on to the other half of the blade, then switch to the other side of the blade and do the same. I already have a dedicated big strop which I've been using for the larger kitchen knives as these just aren't really effectively done on the Work Sharp, but it would be okay if you have the patience. Overall I'd rate this a 9.5 on a scale of 10, it truly is wonderful and would be more than capable for most people. I'd buy again in an instant and hope they never discontinue this product. Bonus points also, that Work Sharp apparently sell spares so you could replace the plates when required, in theory (not sure how available spares are in the UK). A very good product.

Useful.
Well worth the investment. Essential kit for bushcraft. Very easy to use and consistent results.

Great
Since getting this I’ve not got out my DMT bench stones/full size strop Overall it is very good - the right size with everything you need for a sharp edge in one compact unit. Only negative is the guides being set to only 20 degrees and it’s hard to hit the very heel of the blade (it misses about 1.5mm). That’s me nitpicking and if I could I’d give it 4.75 out of 5

Surpassed my expectations.
So I didn't really need this sharpener as I already have quite a few sharpening options at my disposal. I picked this up just for the convenience of having a good portable sharpening system. I'm sure many of the people buying this probably saw reviews on YouTube same as I did, and I can confirm it's very good. I've probably sharpend about 6 knives with this sharpener and I have been very impressed with the results. If you follow the stages course to fine diamond and then course to fine ceramic and then strop you will achieve a very acceptable edge that's even shaving sharp. Overall the sharpener feels very nicely made and built to last and even if your inexperienced the guided angles make it easy to use. This could make a perfect sharpener for someone who just needs to occasionally bring back the edge to their pocket knife or a great little on the go sharpener for someone in trades or outdoors types.

Quick and easy
Great sharpeners. I purchased this one for my brother and have been using one myself for a year or so for hunting and butchery knives. Very easy to use and even though I have more expensive guided sharpeners is my daily go to.

Excellent tool for the price.
Very good alternative to carrying diamond stones and strops when you're out and about, or a quick touch up on a pocket knife. Quite small but does the job very well, with its 2 grades of stone, ceramic rod and leather strop.

Excellent bit of kit for outdoor or around the home use.
Just received this sharpener, I've been wanting to try one since watching Clay Hayes use one It is very good, very impressed so far, items sharpener pocket knife (Leatherman), small kindling axe, scissors and a couple of kitchen knives. The diamond sharpener being magnet and reversible so they don't damage anything in your pack/pocket is a very nice touch.

I am very bad at sharpening knives but this helped me hold a consistent angle and get my knives very sharp. Not shaving sharp but still really sharp.

this sharpener is excellent quality and it has everything needed to make a knife razor sharp, i sharpened some of beat up knives with the diamond sharpener on it and ended up with a razor finish on all of them. The angle also helps in getting an evenly sharpened edge.
