We bought this charger earlier in the year. Something happened to the plug and stopped charging. I noticed there is a year warranty, so I contacted customer support and they replaced the charger very quickly. Great service and the charger works perfectly.

This charger has been awesome so far. It allowed us to plug in our new to us (used 2023) Chrysler Pacifica minivan with the Level 1 charging for about 6 weeks, until we had the supplies to install a Level 2 charging circuit & station on our house. It’s worked very well at both levels and has done a great job at charging the van in the expected timeframe. It coils up to a decently compact size, and when it’s in its case, it fits perfectly in the compartment for the charger in the back of the van.

Works great, matches my Tesla charger, thick cord (maybe too thick). Bought a 90 degree 1' plug extension to go with it, so I could close my house power box door.

I've had this charger in use for about 5 months now, with no problems whatsoever. I wired a dedicated 240v circuit, as is recommended, using 10 gauge wire. It provides the maximum kw that the car requires, and takes a little over 2.5 hours to charge my Niro from empty. I really liked how flexible the cord was this past winter, even down to the single digits. Easy to coil, and never kinks. I think that most problems people report about EV chargers getting warm, or tripping a breaker is because either the breaker is under-sized or the circuit has other outlets being used. When this charger is plugged into a household 120v outlet it will take around 9 hours to completely charge my Niro. Again, any problems on this type circuit are likely due to it not being a 20 Amp breaker, or having other appliances on the same circuit. We'll worth my money.

I bought this to charge my BMW X5 453 PHEV. The length is nice. I can plug it in and run the cable to either side of the vehicle, no problem. My only complaint is that it feels a little cheap when inserting and removing it. Like, it's kind of flimsy or something. That's why four stars instead of five. But it works good enough that I kept it. Although if I could find a better one down the road, I'll keep this one inside the vehicle to use while traveling.
