Awesome gift for kids
Bought another one for my daughter’s best friend, she’s loving it! Now that they can talk with each other anytime coordinating their lunch breaks. I like how small and cute it is, serving the function of communication but not “sophisticated enough” to be addictive;) Definitely recommend

This phone is not compatible with most service providers.
I purchased this phone for my daughter. It was advertised as being compatible with T-Mobile. It is not. I couldn’t find a service provider I trust. This phone was a headache to deal with. I returned it because I couldn’t use, yet Amazon says it was returned to no fault of their own. False advertisement is your fault, Amazon. Don’t say something can be used with certain services when it’s not even compatible with most services. And why does it take 7 days to get a refund when it only took minutes to take the money out of my account?

CDMA not GSM, no ATT users & my Verizon acct refused to activate it or even give me a SIM for it!
Overall, great looking, well designed and just cute as heck!!!!!! BEWARE !!!This lil' mini phone was perfect for my 9 year old, it is everything they advertise with the hardware and the custom Android 12 works amazing on this lil phone. But sadly I must return it, my ATT SIM would give me a cellular connection but with a horrible digital (like you're using a cheapo voice changer) signal so its not a GSM Device. So I decided to use our Verizon because its CDMA. Well Verizon refused to give me a SIM without the IMEI, so I eventually gave it to them and they then blocked the device on their network and refused to give me a SIM. Because sadly all my Version phones are using eSIM I couldn't just pull it out ans use it. But as of now its no good for us. PLEASE BEWARE, THIS IS A CDMA NETWORK DEVICE AND NOT FOR GSM NETWORKS. Pray you have a CDMA SIM Card to put in it and itll probably work just fine for you.
