So light, I almost forget I'm wearing a helmet.
This helmet is light light light! (300 grams) I was constantly on the fence about wearing my helmet when riding my electric skateboard which tops out at 19 mph. I have an old pro-tec that I never wore because of the weight, and I figured 19 mph is fast enough to where I should really be protecting my noggin'. Sprung for the TSG SuperLight and now I wear it EVERY time I go skating. 10 out of 10 would recommend to a friend. Thank you TSG!

Extremely light and comfortable.
I have a big melon and went to a big sporting goods store to try and find a helmet for big-guy e-boarding. I tried on a variety of Bern's, Nutcase, Bontrager, and even some kayak and rock climbing helmets. Many of them were too small in their largest size. The ones that did fit had odd pinch points and combined with their weight I was pretty sure I would not want to wear them very long. I assumed I had a weird shaped head, and no way would I order something without trying it on first. Well there aren't very many places that stock a lot of helmets, especially in my size, so I ordered a TSG Superlight in XXL (not from Amazon, sorry). When it arrived I put it on and... it fits absolutely perfectly. Like it was molded off my skull, it is unreal. I think there is a big difference between making helmets from mannequins, and studying skull shapes and collecting an archive of how heads are actually shaped. Not only does it fit like a glove it is REALLY light, I'd guess a half pound or more from the others I tried. I don't know if it would hold up for an active kid who is always throwing it around, but for my purpose it will be great. Highly recommended!
