This pump is a work horse. I have it pumping 15’ up hill to a pressure filter and then feeding a water fall, No loss of pressure. Great pump for the price

So stoked!!! I bought this to bypass the pump on my Fx2 and it works 10x better than the FX2 pump! I recently started up a small 175gal koi pond outside and I didn’t know I’d be battling all the algae clogging up my filter and pump, I’m having to rinse my pre filter every day and rinse my canister every week! Jee whizz the flow rate is almost 1/3 at the end of the week and sometimes I get nitrite spikes because my flow rate is so low. I also got the vivohome pressurized canister with uv clarifier which I have to hook up still but looks like I won’t be needing my FX6

Super strong flow! I got a plastic hose splitter piece at my local hardware store and some tubing, and I am going to redirect 1/2 of the flow to make a small creek feature. I love this pump, so far. Really strong, but easily modified for less than $10.
