Q: What Are The Specialty Accessories For?

Every DIY murphy bed kit requires you to 'edge band' plywood, but the others don't provide the tools to do it. We included the trimmer so you don't need to spend $25 to buy one! We also included a Countersink Drill Bit Set and a Forstner Bit.

Q: Is The Wood Included In the Murphy Bed Kit?

No. Plywood and some standard supplies such as screws, glue, and cabinet pulls are not included. For the Horizontal Full cabinet enclosure & bed frame, you will need Four (4) 3/4" thick sheets & Two (2) 1/4" thick sheets.

Q: Does a Murphy Wall Bed Require a Special Mattress?

No, however it must fit within certain specifications noted in the listing. A standard full mattress between 60-75lbs and no more than 12" thick.
