Firstly, it arrived 3 days before scheduled.That was awesome.The unit works GREAT. The heat feature won't make you sweat, but it warms the room as I had hoped it would.The A/C feature works very well.I purchased a larger than needed unit and would recommend doing so. A larger unit will work less to achieve your desired temperature. Slightly higher BTU also requires lower fan speed to achieve desired temperature. Lower fan speed = quieter unit.

This is the best money we have spent for our 550 sq ft sun room. So far we’ve had it up about a month and the air conditioner is doing fantastic. So as far as the air conditioner goes, it is great. I will do another review this winter with the heater but as of right now money well spent.

The product arrived and once installed we have not been able to get cool air out of the unit. It is under 2 months old and the customer service with this brand has been maddening. Amazon should not allow sellers on this site that have no customer service email on any of the documents that you receive. I have been communicating with the seller for exactly 7 days and they are still asking me to prove that cool air is not coming from the unit. This is after I submitted a jpg of the temperature in the room and the unit ( attached) and a video. At 40+ years old I know how an AC Unit works and we have two other ones in our house, if cold air is not coming out of the unit it will not cool the room. For some reason, this seems to be the sticking point for them even as they keep asking me to run it for two hours and check if it is more than 10 degrees, though again this unit is less than two months old and we have run it for hours. It has never blown cool air. The unit is supposed to have a 12-month warranty however, you don't receive any of those documents with the unit. Although, I paid 469.51 for this unit I haven't once received a case number and no one on the sellers' side is helping to resolve the defective unit that they sold me. Is this a real company because that is real money? I would not purchase from this brand. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. If you have an issue it is a disaster. Not worth it.

I've installed this unit on my inclosed porch. I've only had it for one day. So far this is what I've found. The cooling unit work fairly well. I can feel it getting cold when the compressor turns on. I have it in a 300 sf room so it should keep the room nice. The reason for only two stars is I paid extra for it to have a heating option. It does not work well for heat. I expected more. It's about as hot as a 75 watt light bulb with air blowing across it. I plan on reaching out to the manufacture for help.Update 4-23While the unit doesn't heat as expected, it cools well. I've changed my review from a 2 to a 4. After further communication with the seller. I learned this unit is only rated for 4000 BTU's for heat.

So far we have had our new AC window unit installed for three days but I must say that it is powerful with a firm and hard continuous stream of fresh ICE COLD air. It cools my room down quickly I don't even need to set the timer on it or turn it on remotely from work before heading home. By the time I am out of the shower my room is ice cold and I turn it to ECO mode to save energy and moo-LaH! I give this unit 100% full five stars. This one even has a heat setting.

We bought this unit for my Father in laws garage. He enjoys restoring cars and helps our family members when we need car maintenance/repairs. His garage was hot and he commented he in general will only work in the morning as he gets to warm in the summers.He followed up with us once we gave it to him and said he was in his garage working on an old / vintage truck engine from 9am-4pm and had no real idea of the because he was sooo comfortable.He is equally excited to use this in the winter as it doubles as a heater not just AC.

I bought this to use in a 15x12 room. When I set it up and turned it on I was sure it was on the lowest setting because it was really quiet. It was actually on high and cooled the room from 90+ degrees to under 70 degrees within about 10 minutes or so. I haven’t been able to test the heat function and hope it works as well because this unit is intended to be the sole heat and cool source for this room year round

Very cold and quiet. Haven't tried heat yet.
