Bloc Skylight Blind for Velux Roof Windows Blockout, Black, C02, 53 x 37 cm

A very good product But our window already had an original Velux blind fitted which was broken and had to be removed first, which is not an easy job without the right tools, as it had various catches down the length of the window. the new blind although it fitted perfectly, is obviously made for a window frame with straight sides, not angled like ours, so longer screws were needed and it didn't attach with the self adhesive strip so was a bit awkward. However once fitted it works perfectly and well worth the money. especially as the quote from the professionals was over £200!

It just clipped into place on the top, as our window had plastic clips there already. Two small screws on the bottom to hold the track, the fabric just slid into. Easiest install of my life, works great.

Was sceptical at first but was pleasntly wrong and ultimately very pleased with the results. Just be mindful when opening you dont rush ahead thinking you know what you are doing as the instructions are pants. Take your time and within 5 minutes you will have them up. If my 19 and 16 years can do this...so can you They look fantastic up. Would Highly recommend x

Good to buy at a cheaper price 'like new'

Had 4 of the Velux blackout blinds and the cord or spring had worn out on all of them and have replaced them with these. The Bloc Skylight blind is a much better design with very smooth motion. They are also so easy to fit too, my first one took about 10mins including removing the old one. Second and third ones took 5-6mins each ! Great product

Absolutely over the moon with this! So easy to install (I’m a single female) literally only need a screwdriver. Looks amazing, blocks every bit of light out and easy to slide up and down. Half the price of a Velux blind too. 100% would recommend.

The curtain doesn't stretch when you closed it so there are caps and the lights come through from around the black and the frame

It took us a couple of goes to get installation right, but now it's installed it's perfect. These velux alternatives weren't available a few years ago when we first looked for a solution to this window, so we've been attempting all sorts of rubbish window coverings. It's so brilliant to finally have a proper affordable blind! Does the job perfectly.
