On the whole I’m pleased with these. With the way the world is and the recent news , I brought to keep in contact with my kids if we have any power cuts or attacks on the uk as can still be used if the national grid goes down at all. (Buy a power bank to keep it charged. ) I got a range of roughly 2 miles in built up areas of suffolk , i wasn’t expecting much more but they are very clear when in range . Very easy to use right out the box you just charge and turn on and pick your Channel by using the +- buttons on the side and it will tell you which channel you are using when it turns in. Button and on / off knob is not stiff at all and easy to use if you have mobility issue with your hands . I have arthritis in my hands and have no issue using these. Come with 6 charging cables. Two different types. One type is to plug in to charging cradle and the other you can use one cable to charge two radios at once. On the opposite side to the channel buttons there is a screw off cover where you plug in the ear peace which is included aswell. Charge was quick as well , Roughly 1 an half hour for full charge. Comes with a detachable clip , also very light for a radio. I only gave 4 stars as I’ve previously used radios before and these don’t feal as sturdy, but functionally VERY good and does the job perfectly.

Works very well use them as my first responder radios and work amazing well
