In the description it states yes, it does contain lines along with a line space for the date. This information is FALSE. It DOES NOT have lines or a two satin bookmarks as stated as well.

It appears as though the pages are bound and not refillable

My journal DID NOT come with a lock. Although it shows one with two keys in the pictures.
