KEEN Women's Waimea H2 Toe Protecting Flip-Flops

A wonderful sandal. I have 3 pairs. For a sandal you can walk for miles and they have good foot support. Also good for beach.

I first discovered this shoe about 20 years ago and haven't wanted any other sandal since. This sandal conforms to your foot after a few wearings and becomes the favorite shoe in your rack. I was so upset when Keen discontinued the shoe for women. For several years I begged Keen to bring them back. And finally they did! My only very small complaint is they only come in full sizes and I wear a half size.

Runs a little large..... normally wear 8.... 7.5 if offered would have fit better.

I injured my toe last year and the nail is still not fully grown. I have been looking for a sandal that would protect my toe without me having to put the bandage protector around my toe and this sandal does the job. I am thinking of buying another color. Wish it came in wide though as my other fingers stick out from the sandals. But I bought this to protect my toe and it does what it says and I am very happy. Oh. Ps. The arch on the sandals is good too!!! It balances your stride 😀I just wish it was not too expensive. Hence the 4 star on the value.

I purchased the Keen Bali first and returned them because the footbed was too long, but the toe box was too short. Causing the big tie to jam up against the toe protector. This Waimea flip flop has neither one of those problems and is the same size. They are very comfortable, I do not feel the toe post and my toe does not jam with every step. Bonus they were $25 less than the Bali. The only thing that would make them better is some fun pretty colors. Keen generally does not do that.

I purchased these shoes because I absolutely love my keen Bali sandals. I have several pair and where them almost every day. Keen seems to have discontinued the Bali sandal. These look similar but have a tong like feature inside. They look good but I don’t find them to be as comfortable. I find I am still wearing my well worn Bali sandals and wishing I could find them again (if you are a small size you can find the Bali on close out). In summary they are ok but not a good substitute. Keen please bring back the Bali.
