Can you please tell me how to download app store
Please do not purchase this laptop, as the app store is not available and does not function on the laptop. No apps can be downloaded on this laptop, only YouTube can be used. Overall, it is very disappointing.

Few issues
There is an imbalance of the PC. I tried placing the PC on different surfaces but it is imbalanced on every surface. Also, at the top of the charging port, I can see light coming out from it when it shouldn't. I would like either a refund or a replacement.
