I have been using this product for the last two years did not face any issues. Recently, there was some electrical issue with the appliance, but it was very swiftly solved when we contacted the Agaro customer care service.

Good product

The air fryer function, a healthier alternative to traditional deep frying, has transformed the way I cook snacks. Nuggets, French fries, bread rolls, and even samosas came out perfectly crispy with just a hint of oil. The taste was distinctly moreish, without the guilt of excessive calories. Of course it takes time than deep frying but I would suggest prepare first and then finally fry all at once. Its ease of use, thanks to the digital display and touch control, has made it an indispensable tool in my kitchen. Whether I'm baking, roasting, toasting, reheating, defrosting, or keeping food warm, this air fryer has delivered excellent results. If they fix the rotatiory rod width problem it’s a 100 percent green go for everyone

We two families are using air fryer of kenstar and pigeon for almost 5-6 years(still working fine). Both decided to upgrade to agaro. I got this product and hot air was leacking from right side of door- accumulation of droplets on touch panel which may damage it. The same day I went for replacement. Got replacement the next day and the same problem again. Since replacement was not possible, amazon agreed for return and I got my money back. This is a frequent problem with this model. Latch/hinge for door support is on left side only and there is just little support on right side. If anyone doesn't get the problem initially, they'll have to face in future. Pls avoid. Second family purchased small one and door problem was not there but temperature display showed wrong temperature ( minimum 150 and maximum 350 degree Celsius). Return window was over and no service centre nearby. You'll have to courier the product for repairing on your own expenses. ( Also under warranty). Lots of functions, reasonable rate but Not a quality product. Pls avoid.

I would recommend anyone to buy this product.I am a very happy customer, had purchased this airfryer about 2 years back.Because of a Power surge situation in my house it suddenly stopped working.We then contacted the company,and promptly got the parts replaced with out any additional cost. It is back fully functional.Thanks Agaro .
