It works for controlling sugars
Actually lowers blood sugar by 20 points. I checked my blood daily and it hovered around 150, when I started taking the Ceylon cinnamon it was consistently 130. As a check, I stopped taking it for a few days and the sugars went back up.

They seem to really work!
All I can say is It seems like these cinnamon pills really are lowering my blood sugar. It’s only been a week, but my blood sugar has been consistently low all week!!! I’m gonna keep monitoring.

Seven years ago I was diagnosed with prediabetes. To help control my blood sugar my doctor recommended that I take a cinnamon supplement. I began taking ordinary cinnamon supplements but about a year ago I switched to Ceylon Cinnamon supplements after reading that Ceylon Cinnamon was more effective. The Nutra Harmony capsules are easy to swallow, with no noticeable stomach irritation and since switching, my fasting glucose and A1C levels, while still slightly elevated, have improved.

These are a standard size capsule , very easy to swallow. They have a slight cinnamon taste as one would expect.
