It is working!
I ordered these for my husband and myself. He didn’t take them, but I did 1x a day starting July 1. So far I’ve lost 8.2 pounds in approx 6 weeks. While not ground breaking, it is dialing the weight down. I’m not as hungry and have quit snacking except for an occasional juice bar on a hot afternoon. I’ll update as time goes by. So far, so good.

Seven years ago I was diagnosed with prediabetes. To help control my blood sugar my doctor recommended that I take a cinnamon supplement. I began taking ordinary cinnamon supplements but about a year ago I switched to Ceylon Cinnamon supplements after reading that Ceylon Cinnamon was more effective. The Nutra Harmony capsules are easy to swallow, with no noticeable stomach irritation and since switching, my fasting glucose and A1C levels, while still slightly elevated, have improved.

They seem to really work!
All I can say is It seems like these cinnamon pills really are lowering my blood sugar. It’s only been a week, but my blood sugar has been consistently low all week!!! I’m gonna keep monitoring.

Best cinnamon capsule I've found
These are a standard size capsule , very easy to swallow. They have a slight cinnamon taste as one would expect.

Sticking with it
I have been taking these for around two weeks. I am also wearing a CGM to see what happens. I was not wearing one prior to this so I am not sure the exact impact of the cinnamon but I do know that the glucose readings come down after eating steadily and quickly. I will keep taking them to see what happens over a longer period of time.
