Good support, looks great, easy to put together, and good enough quality! Had it for just about a year at the time of writing this, and I am still super happy! The only critique is that it's low to the ground. This is fine w me even though im 5'10ish but some might hate it. I think this is best up against a wall bc the back pillows sorta suck so I put them on the back of the couch up against the wall and its really nice. I am plus-size and my partner is not a little person and we have found it to be sturdy and comfy for a year of daily use. Oh also vacuums up easy as a cat owner. We paid just about $520 when it was on sale and I wouldnt spend more than $650 but I am also a person who would keel over before spending more than $1k on a couch.

We LOVE THIS COUCH!!! It has exceeded my expectations and I’m quite picky. I wanted a soft casual couch for my loft/TV room. It’s firm enough for sitting and laying without being too firm. And it’s so soft and comfortable at the same time! I got the warmer color in the large corduroy look. I love the squared arms and backrest and I bought an armrest tray for the occasional food and drink. They also designed the cushions so well! They have a round pillow attached to the back of them that can go down in the corner for a lounging position or upward on top of the backrest for a sitting position. The small pillows are perfect too. They go perfect with other pillows to tie in the look or are great on their own. I was able to remove all the pillows and wash all the covers when I got this. I wanted to wash as much chemical out as possible. And don’t worry about them fluffing up enough and staying flat. They fluffed up perfectly! There is no wood framing so it’s great for the kids to play around on without hurting themselves on hard framing. Just follow the instructions and you will have no problem unboxing this. The upholstery seems durable and I hope this stays wonderful for a long time! The price was a good value at approx $750 too! The only flaw this had was that the company does not let it off gas before they ship it. So it took a couple weeks to off gas. It’s winter so I placed an air purifier next to it inside for a couple weeks and waited. It would have been considerate if the company did this ahead of time. In the summer you could set it outside for a couple days and it would probably off gas quickly with a little sun. I bought chairs with ottomans that were just like this and they unboxed fine without the smell and the need to off gas.

So Comfy & Stylish – Worth Every Penny! I was a little nervous ordering a couch online without trying it first, but this Ovios sectional totally exceeded my expectations. First of all, no assembly required – a huge win! It arrived fully put together, which saved me time and hassle. Honest review! Had this couch for about 6mo now. Very stylish, it fluffs up super well after unpacking the green color is perfect. Stains seep thru super fast since it’s foam material so beware with what color you choose. Dark green no stains visible at all. BACK/NECK SUPPORT NOT THERE AT ALL. this is a low profile couch so you can’t really lay back on it and rest your head. Sleep quality is pretty good tho, it’s firm but comfortable. Super easy to clean.

It’s super comfortable. I would totally buy this again. We were debating between crate & barrel couches and took a chance with this. The black velvet material super soft. Looks rich. Feels rich. Well ergonomically designed. Wide arm risk can hold your remotes and drinks and snacks and magazines. I love the couch. It’s firm yet comfortable. Doesn’t sink in.

Warning warning, do not buy this sofa! I have tried to contact Amazon and the seller Ovois with no help whatsoever from either company. I have been breaking out with hives from the material and you might as well sit on concrete the furniture is so hard, no exaggeration. It’s horrible to sit on this junk couch. The website is extremely deceitful. I have called the company several times & after listening to their music approximately 20 seconds, the phone disconnects. The phone actually rings a few times then the music starts. Amazon will not cooperate with me either. Tried to find a phone number to call customer service @ Amazon. I’m telling anyone with children do not purchase this furniture! Does anyone in your household have allergies? When sitting on this, it actually cuts the circulation off in your legs. Do you have issues with a sciatic nerve? Stay away from this couch! Forget it stay stay away from this manufacturer Ovios and there furniture. Please do yourself a service and do not buy this piece of junk. It is unsafe! The material is unsafe, the way it is shipped is unsafe! The way it has to be opened is extremely dangerous. And I’m serious when I tell you this information. I have been breaking out with hives only since this was delivered to our home and opened up. It comes in two boxes you open the boxes you open the plastic after reading the large orange warning sign taped to the plastic. It’s because the contents packed under high pressure from the manufacturer, it’s shipped it literally can explode when you are opening the plastic wrapping. The material is not what they say it is. The foam rubber is like concrete. Not joking! Amazon‘s return policy we have to return it to the seller before we get a refund! And would be issued a refund within 2 to 3 days once the company receives the pieces back. Let me remind you, I just told you it came under complete machine pressure. I don’t know about you but we don’t have a high pressure system in our garage capable to compress a piece of junk 104 inches long down to fit into two boxes And then pay to have it shipped back. I can say this we spend thousands every year at Amazon and if Amazon doesn’t read this review and fix the problem the way we need it to be fixed, complete total refund. I will never ever purchase another thing from Amazon or Amazon fresh stores. We will make sure that everyone knows about this company their policy, the manufacturer wanting us to ship it back to them before they issue a refund! Please understand, I have not actually talked to anyone live! This info comes up as you type in the request for a return. The website description is the back of the couch is comfy. I’m telling you it’s as hard as concrete. There’s 3 little pillows that is supposed to be used for the back of the couch for comfort. The material covering the foam rubber is itchy, not soft whatsoever and is causing me to have itching issues and broken out with hives. It hurts our backs terribly. Listen I’m so frustrated, broken out with the hives, doctor medication, from these manufactures pieces. Pain medicine for the sciatic nerve. This is horrible. No one should ever have to go through what I am going through due to this situation. Amazon should have people checking on their scamming, false advertising, lying sellers. The photo showing the two strips of material, one is right side up, one is upside down. They are the two strips that hold the two pieces of junk couch together. Please Please Help!! I’ve since talked to a representative at Amazon. He told me he was contacting Ovios to send a complete refund. He told me if I hadn’t received the refund within 48 hrs to call Amazon back. It’s been 7 business days and have not received any refund or response from either company. I tried calling the number at Amazon today 09/25/2025 and received a message to leave a message!

**UPDATE** 11/8/2025** I’ve had this couch for over a year now & it is still holding up the same as I set it up. I LOVE THIS COUCH! Let me say, I rarely write reviews. But, this deserved a quality review so others have a little insight. I’ve had this couch for about two months now. I have spent countless hours looking at this couch & the similar ones listed here on Amazon. I read all the reviews on each, looked at photos, etc & decided on this one. Having young ones I really didn’t want a boxy, heavy, hard couch that they’d eventually hurt themselves on. The shipping was delayed twice due to no fault of the seller. The seller was very quick to respond to my concerns & kept me updated. I’m glad I took the chance & bought this couch. Two packages. I let it expand two days, no sitting, then minimal for the next week. I will say I was a little worried at first, but it expanded beautifully. In some areas the fabric wasn’t fully taunt but, is to be expected on an expanding couch & have seemed to “unwrinkle” with use. I have some upholstery knowledge (marine upholstery & covers) and figured this would be the case. I’m on the smaller side and the couch doesn’t sink at all. (5’2, 130lbs.) Husband 6’2, 300lbs & he has minimal sinkage and says it feels extremely firm & comfortable. Being that he is taller, the height is not an issue for him whatsoever. Thickness is great. He told me not to buy this couch that it would be rubbish— now I can’t get him off! Sleeping on this couch is also no issue. It is extremely comfortable. You really can’t beat the price & quality of this extremely convenient, easy set up.

My son wanted a couch for his bedroom. I had heard about these, but I was reluctant. Boy was I nervous about nothing. High quality build, simple set up, easy to move around, and now I don’t have to worry about a rambunctious ten year old jumping on and breaking a couch. The fabric is very soft. The foam is perfect. I am 320 pounds and it holds me easily and comfortably. I even stood on in to hang some items on his walls and it held be without issue. Now, this part doesn’t bother me, but you should know that it does not have a high back. The cushions provided help with that, but they do not fully mimic high backs.
