On my Panasonic S5iiX, I've used all Neewer brand accessories to rig it out. I have the camera cage, baseplate, carbon fiber rods, mattebox, follow focus, SSD holder, top handle, and the side handle: all of them Neewer brand. I bought this side handle on a whim after mounting the top handle on the side of the cage one day. I thought: it's kind of nice to have a handle to hold onto instead of the camera grip. Fast forward, I bought the side handle and installed it on the rig, and it's never come off. When I grip this thing, I know it's solid. It really balances the rig out well and gives you something to hold onto. It helps steady my shots when doing handheld. I have also used the cold-shoe mount on the top for various audio and lighting stuff. It's definitely worth trying out if you find yourself wishing you had something better to grip on than the camera itself. They sell two versions of this handle: one with the Nato rail connector, and one with two screws as the connection point, so choose the best one for you based on your setup.

I have a range of Neewer handles for my smallrig cages, only one of my cages has a nato-rail on the side so I was keen to give this a go and as usual - Neewer impressed me. My usual handles require a hex key to tighten them, this doesn't bother me as I tend to leave them on and the hex keys always store inside the handles anyway. But have a nato-rail handle is even easier as all I have to do is loosed the lever and I can then adjust or remove the handle. I have some lights and nato-rail parts I can attach to those, so this is also a great handle for my LED lights now. The handle is well constructed and lovely to hold, if you have a camera rig then handles are an absolute must and make it much easier to hold.
