I've been using BiOptimizers Cycle Support for a full month, and while I appreciate that I experienced no adverse side effects, I didn't notice a significant difference in my monthly cycle. The supplement didn't have much of an impact on reducing my usual bloating or cramping, but it was nice to know that I was taking something with natural ingredients. The blend of Chinese herbs sounds impressive, and I believe it could work differently for others, but for me, the results were just average. I'll continue to use it for another cycle to see if it makes a difference over time.

I bought this for my daughter. Within a few days she was have rashes break out in her body, numbness in her lips. 8 hours after not taking it, everything cleared up.

it's crazy most don't know there are things that can help you regulate what's causing cramps. This won't take care of all of it, but boy does it help. I'm a fan.

They don't upset my stomach they're good quality they have no taste and are easy to swallow

Ok look, I don't feel this doing anything different but at the same time maybe it does do something for ya'll. To each their own on this as far as effectiveness. Personally, I think otc pain meds work much better.But have you looked at how much they charge for this?!? I'm not shelling out a Ulyssess S. Grant for 90 capsules. For that much, I will go with tried and true otc stuff that I know will do something.
