Good product with quality and availability of replacement filter
This is a very very long term review. I have been using this as my primary filter for drinking needs. The filter works amazingly well, without any issue. And the advantage of replacing filters make it a piece of cake... Thanks waterscience for the product. And amazon for timely delivery.

Filter functionality is questionable
Filter stopped working in 3-4 days of use. . Water is bare minimum in flow from filter side. Not expected from filter to stop working so soon. Even plumber assigned couldn’t help to improve the functionality of filter. Useless product

Damaged rubber parts, leaking and not useful
Brought this while away, and that was a mistake. When I got back and tried to install, found it damaged. The most important part, rubber seal inside was broken, leaking all over the place. it wont hold on to the tap and come off loose as soon as water is turned on. No contact information, so could not ask for replacement too
