Cant go wrong with Sons of Horus joytoys.

I loved the figure, high amount of detail and just fun to mess with. My only issue was the spikes above the head. I didn’t notice it at first as there’s just so much detail on the figure but the tip of the center spike was chipped showing the white mold beneath the paint of the figure along with a portion of the far left spike being broken off. I’ve noticed the far left spike being broken off in 2 out of 3 reviews with images on this product. This is the first and only figure I’ve gotten from JoyToy that has had any sort of issues. I’ve returned it and plan on buying again in hopes of having a flawless figure like the rest of my purchases. LOVE JoyToy and my review will go to 5 stars once I’ve received a version without issue. Large, detailed, and well articulated. For a fan of the Horus Heresy like myself, this is a great rendition of the character.

Some of the ball joints and shoulders pads come off easily but not a major problem.Very fun to pose especially with all the accessories that come along with them. But from the three I would most recommend the radio guy or sergeant if you only want to try out one of these.Paint, sculpture and design is overall amazing!

I'm a JT fan, what started as just picking up one space marine ended up with several months later and now I've nearly a dozen of them, all are high quality, and I've had zero defects, painted well, pose well, fits cannon/lore. And considering anything branded Warhammer treats their fans like paypigs, Joytoy always manages to keep the prices in check, unlike Games Workshop who make their customers feel like the main course of a Slaanesh banquet.

This was the first one I opened. I like the way they look. I knew the scale was smaller. I'm so glad that I bought this. I wasn't expecting how great they looked

Overall this is about as solid as a Joytoy space marine gets. No issues whatsoever with the arms popping off or glued on parts detaching, though admittedly the latter is helped by the fact that there's no glued on greebles to begin with. There's really only two issues. The first is the hips sideways spread is a bit limited, though that's hardly a problem. The other thing is a little more significant for collectors who care about scale. Joytoy's space marines have been having Size Creep for a while now, with the new molds being somewhat larger than the older ones. Mostly not a problem, except in this one case. Primaris Marines are supposed to be significantly taller than the Firstborn Marines like this beaky boy here. As you can see from the photo, with these figures it's very much the other way around. Not ideal. Is it a huge (hah) issue? Not to me, but something to keep in mind if you're the sort of person who's bugged by scale inaccuracies.
