bought as gift; easy return
I bought 2020 MacBook M1 as a gift. It turned up exactly to spec. The person didn’t like the gift. I filed a return, printed the label, shipped it back in the original packaging, and promptly got a full refund.

Fantastic machine, perfect condition
Very happy with this purchase - it arrived ahead of time and was securely packaged.The machine is in perfect condition, I can't notice any damage or blemishes across it anywhere.Battery life is apparently at 91% of its original capacity - and battery life is unreal with this machine, reaching 8+ hours regularly. Performance is also great - runs large projects in Logic without any struggle and even has a passable run at rendering in Blender.Was a little sceptical when I ordered this as to the condition - as it's an older machine now - but am very happy with what arrived and would 100% buy from the seller again if I need another mac in the near future.

Poor condition
Bought refurbished to excellent condition - not the case, screen had issues and body was very scratched and dented.Returned, but annoying to have to pay for the return.
