A lift that works
Works as advertised, it does require about 1 hour of assembly. You may need 2 people to assemble the arm in order to bolt it in place

Great for personal home use
This item works well and was easy to put together. Using the lift is simple and straight forward. The lift is easy to move around the home and helps clients mobility.

Not working out of the box
Assembed everything & it's not working. It doesn't do anything, the battery is charged. Tried raising it on battery by it self & plugged in, but still nothing. I contacted the seller, but they still have not got got back to me
