The ones I got last year show 03/18.

does it come with an expieration date?

Fyi... I purchased mine in April of 2017 and the expiration date was for May 2019 - so just over 2 years in the future.

Are these foil packets or paper?

They are foil on the inside and a plasticized paper covering on the outsize.
