Reminds me of a healthy homemade vegan cookie dough. Its delicious, not too sweet though to trigger overeating for me (which is a major win, so try it out if you can relate to the sugar spike issue). Historically I've never been a stevia girl (that aftertaste), but I actually don't mind it in these. little bite of salt, and despite having only 12g of protein I personally found it filling. I was satisfied eating one after dinner tonight as my desert, but I imagine I'll throw them in my purse as a small satiating snack for when in between events/meetings/just out and about. I'd rate them.

I’m on a ketogenic diet for mental health reasons rather than weight loss, so I sometimes need to add in extra calories to ensure I don’t lose too much weight or muscle. I also have food sensitivities with IBS symptoms, so I’ve been on the hunt for a keto snack bar that tastes decent but feels healthy to my body and doesn’t trigger a reaction (I can’t have chicory root, which is a common ingredient in keto bars). I also wanted a bar that wasn’t too sweet because I find those trigger sweet cravings for me. So far, this is the best one I’ve found that ticks all of those boxes. It’s not as delicious as some of the chocolate-style keto bars you can get, but it’s good, feels healthy when I eat it, my body tolerates it well, and it’s quite filling. It also has a nice moist texture. Best of all, it doesn’t cause me any bloating, gas, or upset stomachs, nor does it knock me out of ketosis (I have a blood ketone/glucose meter). I think some of the added ingredients are a bit of a gimmick, but it’s still a tasty, good quality snack bar and I hope this remains available in my country for a while (UK).

These taste really lovely, I bought them on offer, but was shocked by the high price when I went to buy more. For 10g of protein in a very small bar, they’re not really worth the high price. They are very nice though, good quality, taste and texture and the calories aren’t bad. They’re sort of crunchy, and would snap like a brittle, not at all dry or tasteless like some bars. They really are too expensive for the protein content and size though, unless money isn’t a concern.

My son loves these. He can't have them for school lunch due to the nuts, but takes them for a handy snack when going out.

Peanut butter isn't normally my first choice but I decided to give these a go and wasn't disappointed. Decent keto snacks are hard to come by in the UK but these really hit spot & the peanut butter flavour wasn't too overpowering texture was better than others I've tried and I haven't found myself going hungry. Currently using them as snack to keep me out the biscuit tin at work. Will definitely order more flavours as they become available.

I love these protein bars! They are full of clean ingredients, vegan, gluten free, and low sugar which is difficult to find in a protein bar. 12g of protein is great for my midday snack, plus I love the addition of lion’s mane in there. I tried the peanut butter flavor and so happy they are now in the UK!
