If a baby puts her fingers in mouth, would she eat this polish off her nails? Is it easy to remove it from the nails with water?

It is very possible she would eat the polish. I think that's a main reason it's non toxic. It removes easily on its own. I've actually never used anything to take it off, it's chopped off within a few days (then again - it's summer with an active toddler who's constantly got her feet in dirt, sand, etc so I'm not surprised it comes off).

I want to put this polish on my baby's toes for summer. Will this polish come off in the pool?

It all depends... :-) This polish comes off easily if not applied correctly. And it's also more likely to come off if you just put it on that day. The more days it's on the tougher it is to remove. That's why some people say, oh it came right off, and others say it lasts weeks, or you can't get it off! It gets more permanent the more it dries. So use the blow dryer as instructed and it'll last better. Also, unless you want it to stay forever, go ahead and remove it after a week. Otherwise it does get tough to remove. For reliable durability you need the base and top coat they sell. But I wouldn't use it on babies, it does smell slightly chemically. But it makes my polish last and it makes it really shiny as good polish should be.
